Can’t even open the app
I have had the oneworld app on my iPhone for a few years. It’s a pretty useless app - you can’t book flights on it, you can’t look at schedule on it, you can’t check upgrade availability, etc., but the one function it did have that was useful for me was the worldwide lounge finder. But the app hasn’t worked on my phone for over a year. It would either hang, display an data update message that took hours and did nothing, or would simply just crash upon trying to open the app. So today I deleted it an re-installed it afresh. It clearly is a different app - the app icon has changed - but when I try and open that app I just get an error, “forbidden”, then the app immediately closes. oneworld, I am embarrassed for you. Flight search doesn’t work
Entered the airports i wanted to go to. First couldnt get the keyboard to go away until I figured out that “cancel” makes it go away. Then i notice there is no search button or option… so literally unusable unless theres some button im not seeing. What a shamekturne24
App not working at all
It stopped working completely recently.
When I start it I get a message: Notice: FORBIDDEN!
Shame as it was quite a handy app for checking one world longes around the world and their opening times.BoyLHR

It lists partner airlines; lounges in airports; flights per airline; and how each airline’s reward tiers convert to oneworld equivalencies. That’s it.dexdan2

Absolute Garbage
This needs to be a platform to transfer and keep track of your one world miles, instead it’s just links to the airline partners and a lounge search tab.CiaoLau
Rubbish. Deleted after 2 minutes
Don’t waste your time. You need to search for flights to and from specific airports, need to pick dates with a date roller (no calendar view) can’t apply filters, only returns first class fares and if you manage to get through all of that, you need to go to the airline’s website anyway to book and re-enter everything. Doesn’t show arrivals lounges
Doesn’t show Iberia’s arrival lounge (which I didn’t know existed) in Madrid or BA’s at Heathrow. Can these be included also please?GB46PHK
