Would not help with a refund on a simple mistake
I had to use this app to order from this milk tea place since their register was down due to no Wi-Fi, when using this app I did not know there where multiple locations so ended up ordering from the wrong location. Since I already ordered and waited more than 25 minutes I was told I could not get a refund and the location couldn’t help since it was thru this 3rd party app, instead of them just issuing me a refund so I could replace the order at the correct location they denied my refund instead offering a $5 credit on a $19 purchase, really? Don’t download not worth it in my opinion

They keep making it more annoying to order food.
They keep adding features that create more friction when ordering food and make it take more time to complete orders. You have to rate the restaurant after every order and then you are presented with a second dialog for “complements” for the staff and then you have to send a “gift” to other people on the app. I’d like it better if I just quickly order my coffee. Also, it prompts to enable notifications every time you make an order even if you disabled them when you first installed the app. Also they save your credit card in the app, even if you use Apple Pay. Both of these items aren’t consistent with other apps. They do have a decent points/rewards program, however.

Best snack app everrrr!!!
I LOVE Snackpass! They allow me to order from my favorite boba place early and there’s ALWAYS a promo going on if you use the app! Also I’m halfway to unlocking my cute chicken 🐣❤️🥺 and it’s just soooo fun!! 😍 also, aesthetically speaking, they included snow falling for the winter months which I thought was totally a cute love by them as well 🥰 thanks Snackpass! You’re literally the best! 😁❤️🙏🏼

Too hard to get around
I like using this app to order milk teas and such, but I have to say the interface is NOT user friendly.. no quick access to the important info such as my orders, points and coupons. You have to get through all different tabs to find them! Plus, the gift giving process is hard to work with, I shared the link with my friend and he downloaded it, and we still cannot unlock the gifts or points..

Worst app ever! Not recommend to anyone!
I purchased from my favorite store like 50+ times already, last time I added a new payment card to pay for my tramsaction, right after they banned my account due to "a suspected violation of our terms & conditions.

Does not give full credit
Every time I eat at a restaurant, the restaurant tells me I earned 6 points, but snack pass only gives 1 point per visit. Customer service said I’m supposed to 1 point but I doubt they looked at this thoroughly, because that makes any reward for using this app far out of reach, as it’s based on number of visits and not what you spend. So 10 visits to my favorite restaurant gets me a free fountain drink. 50 visits are needed to get an entree. Usually you get an entree out of 10 visits somewhere. $500 spent gets you a $7 meal. Not worth using this app.

This is a family favorite when visiting Ann Arbor! Our kids love the sweet options and the Hong Kong egg waffle.

Terrible app, worse customer service
The app is so busy popping up notifications about points and gifts that it’s hard to use. I just want to order food. It also showed me a restaurant far away as the first option instead of the one I normally order from. No option to cancel, even though I realized the mistake almost immediately
xpand purchaser locations
My sister who lives in Michigan had an operation and I live in a different state. I tried to send her dinner from her favorite restaurant using this app, but it wouldn’t go through. Please expand purchase options. It shouldn’t matter where I live as long as I can pay.
