  • Great Doctor, App is getting better

    So I had a medical issue, but I don’t have insurance so I found this Telehealth app. The add said $25 so I was like great I am a gig worker so it’s perfect for me. Come to find out I get a whole month for only $25. I couldn’t believe it. Any how I called, the Nurse picked up and went through some questions, then the doctor came on and the guy was really great. He actually listened to me, and then he helped me with this medical issue. So I just kept the app its great for me especially during Covid. I do have some connection issues sometimes and I did reach out to support and they get on it right away. So I love it but I recommend adding some specialists like an Allergist would be great. Anyway I promised the doc to rate the app so here it is.

    Worst telehealth app ever.

    You cant call and reach them and Nobody answers your email.

  • It’s a scam!!!!!

    Don’t not subscribe. The app doesn’t work. They never connect you to a doctor. They don’t have an actual customer service line. They keep charging you even if you cancel the subscription. It’s a scam!!!!

    I can’t believe I didn’t try a telehealth app sooner! Living in New York, it’s a chore to get to the doctor right now. This app made it easy and fast. And friendly doctors!
  • SCAM

    This is a scam. They charge your card and offer no way to remove it, even by calling. And there is no way to see or speak to a doctor, they just route you through their “support” and say a doctor will call back and they don’t. DO NOT USE.

    Wasn’t sure if I should go in to visit the doctor. Talked to a doctor on the app and they were able to help me right away. Very friendly.

    do not use. They charge you and there is no option to speak to a doctor. This is a scam stay away.

    Every time I try to login it keeps saying I have the wrong password even though I’m logging into my PC as well and it’s telling me it’s the right password. I don’t know what’s going on with this app. it’s s very confusing and not user intuitive
  • Great service

    I experienced, wheezing and difficulties breathing. I was able to get a prescription within 25 minutes after speaking with doc via video chat. Wow this is innovative try it out just be sure to use the app instead of the website.

    Im not much of a reviewer but I promise the doc that I will so here it goes. The visit was quick, the nurse asked a lot of questions so when i got to the doc i felt like he knew me already. He prescribed me meds and emailed me a discount card cuz i dont have Insurance. My meds were super cheap. I called for a follow up a few days later. So all in all $25 for two visits and $12 for meds its like a steel plus i got the rest of the month to use if need. Im super syked i feel like i have coverage. So 2 thumbs to you guys. Ohh the only issue is that when you call and there is no answer you have to hang up and call again. So a bit of technical issues. But otherwise its great.
