No show, still got charged, scam company
Don’t use this. My masseuse never showed, never called, never received an email, never received notification on the map. You are charged unexpectedly while filling out information. Radio silence. No customer service to talk to. Will be disputing charge ASAP.dmulli

My masseuse could barely speak award of English and did a really poor massage on me. Gonna try it one more time here a Bigtoe. However, I’d be careful because people that are not booked and that you don’t know last minute.GRodMcCloskey
Fraud/Scamming!!
I scheduled an appointment through Bigtoe w/a provider for a massage.
The evening of the massage, 15 minutes before the appointment I checked my phone and received no calls no notifications from them. 10 minutes before the appointment I got concerned so I reached out to the company, Bigtoe, through their support line to let them know that the provider was not there.
About 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment, Bigtoe shares that the provider was there and was trying to call me and didn’t get a response and that the place was dark. Not true!! There’s ample lighting. The provider did not leave a voicemail, did not text, did not email or even tried to ring the bell.
My phone did not ring. Somehow, the provider provided BigToe w/a screenshot of the calls she made, calls that did not come through to my phone. My phone is fully operable in addition to I’m connected to WiFi!
So either the company is a fraud and they’re scamming or they allow and support their providers scamming!Show lessRahmanimalabre
Great service- amazing massage
Set up a massage for my mother- in- law who lives in assisted living. It was easy and Gregory was on time, professional and gave a 92 year old the massage she craved but thought she would never have again. Thank you.theaterruth

This app is definitely legit. I read some reviews that said they were not legit, which is NOT true! The massage therapist was on time and quite professional! He was warm, caring, and clean! I would definitely use this service again! Great customer service! I also had an amazing massage in the privacy of my own home. Overcharge
I opened and last Tuesday and use the service for the first time everything went perfect, but the problem started wen they charge an extra $239 when didn’t have any service or anything, they said that was a technical glitch, but glitch cause that my bank account overdraftvtehuerta

BigToe App: Easy to Book At-Home Massages
23 February 2024: App works well on iPhone to book at-home massages with talented and reasonably-priced certified massage therapists. Laptop use: App had glitches on my laptop in editing text previously entered on my 2023 MacBook Air laptop, with jumping around in body of text, but could easily be edited using iPhone. Did not try on iPad, but it says it's optimized for that device. Overall, great service and follow-up from massage dispatchers. Thanks! :)Show lessSarah Jahn
LOVED JOHANNY!
I was in pain and could hardly turn my head. I am visiting the area and don’t like to drive if I don’t have to, so I decided to try a traveling massage. I found BigToe from a Google search. The App was extremely simple and I received an immediate reply for a deep tissue massage from Johanny. EXCELLENT is not enough to describe her and the massage. She also offered suggestions for exercises to continue to loosen the muscles that resulted from my job (that she said “I know exactly what you do from your pain and posture” without me saying and was 100% accurate!).
She offered what the recommended timeframe is before having another session and I will ABSOLUTELY follow up!

They couldn’t find anyone the day I booked the appointment. Rescheduled for the next day and then canceled it without telling me. I would be very wary about using them. The are probably a scam!JustinBrown72
