SCAM
They tell you therapists will contact you after you input your desired date and time. They ask you for a card- MY fault for doing that before booking someone.
I was mislead into believing that I could choose my therapist- read their reviews- see if others liked their demeanor, were they professional? Etc.
Instead they assign a therapist immediately. No reviews besides two generic.
I went on their IG and they have fake followers. No likes. I think it’s a scam. Luckily I will get my money back.

Do not, I repeat do not download and use this app. Worst customer service, specifically a man named James. They do not clarify that you do not get to choose which therapist comes to YOUR home. The therapist gets to choose, you do not. They are very misleading and do not disclose a cancellation fee. This company is a scam and I hope they get shutdown immediately.Show lesshappylife26

I had to cancel a session in Phoenix (where I live) scheduled in two days’s time because of unexpected work travel to LA. I contacted customer service and they helped me reschedule my session with a new therapist in LA who came to my hotel and worked out great. Nice experience all around 👍LAMassage56775

I have been using other massage apps over years. Initially was happy to find this new massage and yoga app, unfortunately, big scam, they charged me $460 for a couple massage without providing the service and without wanting to refund. Scam. SCAM & FRAUD
I ordered my first service few days ago. We’ll, the company says your credit card will not be charged, only after the end of the session! The second I booked, I was charged $$$. I haven’t approved the session yet and I was charged! Even though the company states otherwise (I have screenshots as proof). The lady that CONFIRMED my request canceled. She claimed she doesn’t do reflexology, even though her profile says she does. Even though SHE canceled, the company refused to refund me the money, claiming I am the one who canceled! That’s their policy?! The policy is not available to be found on the app, and I never signed any disclaimer when I downloaded the app ! This is a fraud and a scam! I have a screenshot that the app states ‘no charge will be made until after the session’. I will file with the state of NY and with Apple.Show lessYou are a scam!
