    I love that I can connect with massage therapist when I’m traveling and have them come to my home for my fiancé and myself!

  • Fake

    Deceiving as they tell you to pay the price upfront and that you’ll have an option to see the reviews and pick the therapist. But as soon as someone books then they automatically get your spot; leaving you with no options. Also, customer service are a joke and would rather argue than help. Better to just skip this middle man and book someone yourself.

  • Never worked!

    My husband tried this app for hiring a masseuse for in-home therapy. I have a terminal illness and needed massage badly to improve my quality of life. Bigtoe confirmed, then cancelled, then rescheduled, then cancelled and rescheduled again, without even asking, then for the 6th attempt, the provider just didn’t show. One star for them apologizing and refunding. But, I cannot recommend.

  • No call, no show

    First time using the app and had a no call, no show. Was prepped and had arranged care for my toddler for nothing. Extremely disappointed. No way to contact the person directly, no reviews on therapists… conveniently.

  • SCAM ALERT🚨🚨

    I cancelled a few minutes after confirmation, cause I waited a while and didn’t get confirmation, and changed plans, but now they are keeping 50%, although it clearly says upon check out that you won’t be charged until after service, SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

    This app must be a scam. They want 30% up front Non refundable, And the other 70% 24hrs prior to your appointment….. as soon as I declined my offer and told them I didn’t feel comfortable they never responded to my email…. Just seemed weird and off….

  • Scam & Fraud

    I was charged for a session I didn’t have. It was almost $200. They app says I wouldn’t be charged until session complete, but they charged me anyway. I don’t know how they’re allowed to steal from people.

  • Pathetic

    I downloaded the app booked a massage first they advised me to change the timings and book the massage on their desired timings I refused then a massager booked for Sunday 11:30 and at 11 o clock they called me told me that massager won’t be show up due to bad weather 😀😀. The asked me to change the timings to 2 PM I simply refused and now waiting for my money back. I don’t know but the worst ever experience
