Order Cancellation
I’ve been trying to cancel my order for the bast half hour, and the app doesn’t even offer any option to do so! I called the restaurant four times and no one has picked up. Also the rewards you offer need to be valid for all items. I’ve been trying to claim my free MVP Platter for my birthday and it keeps saying my reward isn’t valid! It’s not even expired yet.

Poor app stability
I kept trying to sign in to my account on the app and it wouldn’t work, so I thought I was typing in the wrong password. So I clicked forgot password to reset it and it says an unknown error occurred when I input my email address. I only have one email address.
Poor timing
Order was not ready on time we had to wait additional 1hr from predicted time of completion and there’s only 4 customer in the store ..cook had no motivation to do his job…no refund.. no nothing..not even a sorry for having you wait additional hour for your food and all this was placed on the app

Frustrating
So I ordered the steak and gravy meal it comes with gravy that has mushrooms. I ordered only the gravy and no mushrooms I open up my container and all I received was mushrooms and no gravy. I ordered a side salad also didn’t get that stated that they were out of lettuce but didn’t give us a substitute or anything else until I called to complain. They will not have our service anymore. By the way I never leave a review but I am pregnant and very frustrated.

Good food
I drive 1 hour round trip to eat here for breakfast. Some of the food is really good especially what I can actually eat. Not big on paying for something I can eat. I ordered over well eggs. When I get home I don’t want to find half cooked eggs🤬🤬. Don’t ask me what I want if your not going to make it right. Irritating A.F. to get home and my order is wrong. Would give five stars but the incompetence warrants 2stars at this time. 520 fire station rd Clarksville TN

Huddle House App
I do not have a problem with Huddle House. It’s just the app which I’m leaving this 1 star. When I tried to sign up for my Huddle House location on the app, it was not found. I did reach out to them and they are suppose to be working on it and I would appreciate it if they see this they will respond when the app is updated with the Jonesboro, AR location. The food is hands down delicious!!

Huddle house in Hamilton AL
I will never eat here again!! They are super slow. Told us that our order would be ready at a certain time and we actually gave them extra time before arriving at the restaurant to pick up or online order. When we arrived they were just then putting our food on to cook and told us it would be an additional 10 minutes. Well the 10 minutes ended up being another 20 minutes waiting. NEVER AGAIN!!

Disappointed
What I got was great! But half of it wasn’t there. I ordered curbside and not only did they not bring it out (we had to go in and it had been sitting on a table for who knows how long) but I ordered the platter. I didn’t get the eggs or bacon. I would’ve saved $4-5 if I would’ve ordered just the pancakes. I’m not sure if we’ll be going back.

I want to thank the staff at the Clayton Georgia location. Even though they were only 2 people working. They made sure my order was perfect. Excellent food and great service. These 2 individuals needs a Commendation from their Boss.
