I have tried many times going through product support to no avail
I got so far into it I had a B&O rep send me a new speaker and I have the same issues so it is not the speaker
The volume level is almost nonexistent until you get up to a level of around 40
On any other piece of equipment you can hear your sound starting at 0 and turning up this starts at 25 as the 0 and it only happened after previous software updates or app updates
Default noise canceling setting
I wish I’d more thoroughly read the user manual and apologize for disparaging the product. They do sound wonderful!

The H9s sound splendid. Just wishing I could turn off the noise canceling and have it stay off until needed. As it is, every time I use the headphones I have to launch the app and turn it off.
Unable to update software on Beoplay P6
Still unable to perform software update through the app but was able to update through the updater on a PC. Thanks to the quick response of the Bang & Olufsen tech support team!
Repeatedly getting an error message when attempting to update software of my Beoplay P6. Tried it on both my iPhone 11 Pro and my Note 10 Plus.

Actually. With each app change/upgrade the connectivity has got worse.
I love the Bang and Olufsen sound; its is full and clear at low and high volumes and somehow manages to stay within the room. I have the Beolit 17 placed on top of an old piano and the resonance is amazing. unfortunately, B and O does not match the quality of its sound with its user interface.
Bang and Olufsen are still a good brand and a benchmark for how recorded music can sound. Their products have always looked stunning and timeless. Unfortunately they do not seem to match these standards with their user app and I expected better.

Missed connections-a different type
A 9 Great design but form over function
Unfortunately, as I stand in front of it, I can’t get anything other than LINE-IN to play consistently.
I usually have given into either REBOOT or SYSTEM RESET on most days using the app.
Oh yeah, the app does want to do its own thing sometimes by selecting a different source, music or radio station.
It has caused some family and friends to give ever trying to get something to come out of the speakers.
It looks good until you try to use it.

Listen to your customers and CHANGE SOMETHING!
I don’t think I’ve seen a connectivity app that has made so many people unhappy or even angry about a product before (when the product itself seems to deliver for most of them).
If you find yourself telling 90% of your clients that it’s them who need to do something different with your app (reinstall it, pair the product again , etc.) I reckon it’s time to start looking at your end of the deal.
I got one of your speakers from someone that likes your products to try it and I do think the sound quality is very good, but the connectivity and functionality are lacking tremendously.
For example, your site says the device will suddenly lower the volume if the battery level falls below 15% , but it seems to be doing it even at 30%. On the same topic, why wouldn’t it just go back to the previous volume and then repeat the lowering a few minutes later to alert you about it?
It wouldn’t be as frustrating if when you try to increase the volume again it just , you know , did it ! ... but even that is a chore !
It’s never a simple touch on your phone( e.g the same action either in the app or the phone will sometimes change the volume and sometimes not).
Bottom line, nice sound ... the WORST connectivity.
