I went to Capital one Arena Concert in Washington DC, the locker service where BINBOX! the worst service and I payed $15 but they didn’t put my stuff in any locker as I tough, the purse were mixed in a table, if we lost our belongings no one will give us a solution, the worst part was the line to pick them up, a long wait for almost and hour, it was a total mess. The worst service I had, Now I want my money back as a compensation for all the waste of time.Show lessMariana QA
Scam in DC
Nowhere did it say when we went to the capitol one arena that large bags were prohibited. They have this makeshift tent with a long line, no signs and complete disorganized system to scam people for money. It wasn’t even part of the arena, just some corner.
Upon retrieving the bags, they barely knew where things were and didn’t have anything arranged I know order. Wasted a good hour.Show lessGarbageApp1364567

I didn’t realize until I got to the stadium that I couldn’t bring my bag in, which was pretty aggravating. But in the end I’m glad that Binbox was there so I didn’t have to walk all the way back to my car. Very simple and self explanatory steps, grateful for Binbox and staff!Mozimaddymac1062011
DOES NOT WORK
I attended the Austin FC soccer game and unfortunately had to use this horrible machine. The game ends and to my surprise I walk into a angry crowd surrounding the lockers. I noticed people were breaking the lockers and to my surprise the app was down. Meaning none of us could get our stuff. You could think they would have a plan in case the app ever went down but instead the employee of Binbox was making a joke out of it. Didn't help whatsoever and took over a hour to finally get a tiny tool to unscrew each locker one by one after he realized more and more people were breaking the lockers to get in. After him going one by one with this tiny tool we got our stuff after 3 hours after the game ended. Never will i trust this againShow lessamber271721
Crashes when you need it
Used this at a Austin FC game. When the game ended, the app was crashing for all the users. We all ended up needing to manually unscrew the lockers to get our stuff out. As you can imagine, it was a long and chaotic process. If this is meant for sporting events, then need to make it handle volume better. Super ridiculous!Show lessRobinaG1
BEWARE- too many bugs
It would be 0 stars if I could. I used Binbox tonight at an Austin FC game. I had a small purse that I couldn’t carry inside. Download & initial storage was easy enough. The trouble was after the game. Left a bit early in an attempt to get ahead of the mass exodus of fans. When I went to retrieve my bag, the Binbox network was down. I waited close to 45 minutes to get the locker open. The attendant was unable (so he said) to open the lockers. No assistance was given. The attendant made desperate calls for security because after awhile he was surrounded by over 40 people who could not get the lockers open to retrieve their belongings. Until some type of fail safe for network outages is incorporated I will never use it again.Show lessconniefog074
Avoid, at least in DC
My first experience with Binbox was at Nationals Park, Washington DC this evening. I went straight from work to the game. I took my work bag knowing I would have to check it. At the stadium I was directed to download the app which I did. The app said no more bags accepted at the event which was plainly untrue - many lockers were open and available for a last place team’s game. I reported the problem to the security guard and he tapped on my phone a few times and then instructed me to write my name on a tag and I’d get my bag back if I brought $10 cash, else he’d be ‘out of pocket’. Sure enough at the end of the game I was asked for $10 cash even though everyone around here knows there’s no ATM at the stadium. I happened to have five singles and he accepted that as some sort of offset. I work remotely most of the time now and my office is in that bag. It was basically extortion. I’m used to poor customer service in DC but Binbox don’t provide an opportunity for corruption.Show lessdcdawg1994

Originally going into the experience I was hesitant and somewhat annoyed. I was running late to the Atlanta United game and had to valet my bag then noticed there were lockers instead of the people system. It was quick and easy downloaded the app paid and was on my way very seamless transaction. Also the CTO was on-sight to help with any questions or concerns which was amazing!
