Impossible to Sign In or Sign Up
I have both tried to sign up on the app, in which there is no option to do so, and on the website and on there they say no location exists within 10 miles of my location and denies me a sign up. Yet there is a store literally two minutes from where I live. The site also has no option to create a password which makes absolutely no sense. Please fix this

Incredibly broken.
My wife and I order Jets every week. The app has worked 3x for us and ever since then it just opens up a browser window to order through whatever your default mobile browser is. Since then, I can’t even log in, I can’t reset my password because the website doesn’t even recognize my email as having an account. I rarely rate apps at all but seriously this app is appalling at best. Not to sound cliche, but if I could choose 0 stars I would.

IPHONE X USERS READ
I love jets pizza and the app has its ups and down. One complaint is one part of your user account there is a confusing section something with your address that is required so I put something random anyway. Please add formatting for an iPhone X!!! So it’s not a normal iPhone screen.
Update changed its usability. No good now.
This used to be a very good app! Loved using it. In fact, because it was so useful and easy it became my go-to for pizza. Not now. But it seems the last iOS update totally rendered it useless. At first, it wouldn’t allow you to order in the app, it forced you to a browser to order online thru their website. A total inconvenience and much more difficult to do. When I deleted the app to try again, now the app won’t even open allow you to do anything. If they don’t fix the app, only older iOS system users can order using it.

Finally app has ASAP for delivery time!
So happy they added ASAP to this web app. Only complaint now is if I add too many items I can remove just one, I have to delete the entire line item. For example, I added a bottle of ranch dressing and clicked “add another” but accidentally double tapped it. Now I had 3 bottles. There was no way to drop it down to two bottles. Had to delete the entire line item, go to the menu, find the bottle of ranch, add it to the cart, then single tap add another. But that is rare and pretty minor. Good app and the pizza is the best!

Works well but
The app is good for the most part but when I customize my pizza with no sauce it says sauce 10-35 cal then says no sauce on the order confirmation page. This is confusing to the people at the store making the order and either it’s made wrong with sauce or I get a phone call to clarify the order. Would be less confusing if it just said no sauce and that’s it.

Did you guys get hacked?
This app no longer works as shown in the App Store, despite not having a recent update. Now it only lets you choose delivery or carry out, no login, and it takes you to a screen with a horrible Google Maps image with “for development purposes only” written all over it. Underneath is a list of stores. Choose one, and IT SENDS YOU TO A WEBSITE IN SAFARI. What did I need an App for? On the website, it doesn’t seem to remember my account, and I had to set a new one up from scratch. Hence the thought... did you guys get hacked? Do I need to replace my credit and debit cards? This is waaaay sketchy, and you need to post info for your customers about what is going on.

Better but processing times aren’t
I called about 8mins after I had place my order to add something on and they still hadn’t received my order yet. It took almost 20mins for it to get to them which is honestly ridiculous. I only order online & other pizza delivery businesses don’t have that lag at all. Also, it automatically sets your delivery time for an hour out and you can’t change it earlier. I called and asked what their current delivery time is and it was 25mins but if I ordered online it was at least an hour. I’m sure that lag has a lot to do with it and really should be fixed to make ordering on it more accurate. Otherwise the changes so far are more user friendly but they took out the option to write notes in so I can’t ask to substitute mayo for Italian dressing on my order and have to call every time I order on the app anyways to have them adjust it and bc of the lag I sometimes have to call multiple times bc they haven’t received my order yet. It’s very frustrating and has caused us to order from jets less to be honest. :(

Love the pizza but not the app
Pizza great! App not so much. First, it locked up and wouldn’t open drop downs. Had to kill it and restart. Next it gave me an error that my email address format was bad. It wasn’t but clearing it out and retyping got me past that error. Next, I got a bad card type error. Again, it was correct but reselecting the same card type from the dropdown got me to the review order screen and I was able to finalize my order. The website is much more reliable for ordering.
