  • I loveeee

I love this app so much. It truly helps your daily mood when you start to reflect about things you’re grateful for everyday
  • Achievable and guilt-free gratitude goals

I’d tried to keep a gratitude journal before, but it was always intimidating to try and think of everything I was grateful for. The 3 good things app not only made that goal of being grateful every day a lot more bite-sized, but it also incorporated the idea of thinking of how those good things make me feel. When I write my entry before going to bed, I am reminded of the good things that happened and bring back those feelings too. It’s okay if I miss a day, and it doesn’t send me guilt-trip reminders when I forget.

  • Grateful for this app

Thank you so much for this app. It’s helped me reflect and see ‘where the life is’ in each day - and also over the past year that I’ve used it. This - along with prayer- has helped me discern when making decisions about work. It’s helped me end each day on a thankful note and see more and more of the good things which happen. I appreciate its privacy and simplicity. The ‘I felt…’ prompt is really helpful. The lack of advertising is also much appreciated. Thank you.

  • Simple but perfect

This app is perfect for what you’d want it for - daily reminders to build consistency in your gratitude journaling. Outside of the reminder push notifications, the app is completely non-invasive (no ads, no unnecessary push notifications or permissions). I’ve been trying to gratitude journal consistently and never made it over a week until I found this app. Bonus points for the cute minimalist visuals and pleasing color scheme. Please never change this free version!

  • A small step that makes a big difference

I really enjoy the concept of looking for and recording the good things in my day. Sometimes these are big events but, more often, it’s an opportunity to realise and acknowledge the little moments that are golden, that make such a positive impact on my life. As humans, we are often quick to whinge and rant about the negatives. This app helps us look for the good stuff in our world.

  • so sweet!

since March, i made it my nightly ritual to write down a few things i’m grateful for. It improved the way i think and live. i felt myself feeling like i was actually doing things that were meaningful during the day. even something as simple as ‘i ate really healthy foods today’ makes your days feel so much more fulfilling! i used a journal for a few months but ran out of space and wanted to buy a new one. Papier had some really pretty designs, although i didn’t fancy spending $30+ on it, so i resorted to this app instead. first of all, i looove the yellow! second, i love how there is a section to see memories to scroll through all of the things you’ve written down since using the app. overall, i think it’s a great app so far, and i look forward to using it every day. :)

  • Perfect for positive thinking

I’ve had this app for a couple of months and it really helps me keep a grip on the good things that happen in life. They’re not always huge wins, sometimes it’s the littlest thing that makes me smile. Our brains are predisposed to notice the bad things, and just accept the good things and move on, this app helps capture those good vibes and go back and revisit them too.

  • Fantastic app

Absolutely fantastic app, thank you so much, I love the fact that I can set a daily reminder to remind me to look back on the good things that have happened today - if something super special happens I do tend to add it straight away. The part that asked how I felt is really helpful to. Thank you again for making this app, I do recommend it to lots of people.

  • Updated Review: Amazing App

Update: Developers responded extremely fast and corrected the bug! Another reason this app is amazing!

I have used the free version of this app for a couple of years and even got my girlfriend to use it now. However, the new update broke the notification badges and now it constantly shows either 1 or 3 on the notification with no way to clear it. I have clicked every clickable thing in app and still no luck.

    Developer Response

Hi there! Thank you for letting us know, we will fix this right away. Update: the release is out, please install version 6.0.2 and let us know if this resolved the issue.
  • Simple and perfect

Simple. Easy to use. It has been helpful for me in forming a habit about noticing the positive things that happen each day. I also like that this app isn’t about “gratitude” specifically. I don’t have to feel “grateful” I just have to notice the good stuff as well. That feels more natural to me.
