  • It’s what I always needed

I’ve always wanted to have a grattitude journal but I always forget to write it or lose the notebook. This prompt is so helpful because (like it or not) I always have my phone with me. Thank you for such a great app. There are so many things I miss and take for granted and just waking up and writing I’m thankful for my morning chocolate freddo or that it isn’t raining today has really helped me and my mood.

  • The app based journal you’ve been waiting for

This app is simple, and that’s what makes it perfect. No ads. No logins. No complicated UX trying to do 15 different things. Just a simple place to practice daily gratitude, and to look back and remind yourself - hey - life is good. And this app is excellent.
  • It is awesome! I would really recommend this

With this app, I feel capable of doing more and feeling like I can do anything. It really helps me stay happy and joyful anywhere I go. Just typing in three good things, can help with so many challenges and issues going on in life. I would really recommend this to family, friends and more! Plus, there are no adds and it is free! It keeps me calm and pumped up at the same time. Please try it!

  • Simple and Powerful

I love this app. It’s simple and straightforward. It’s not burdened by superfluities. I love that there are no ads. I love that they don’t hound users to upgrade to premium (there’s a short and non-pushy invitation to upgrade). I’m planning to upgrade, because I want to support them. But in the meantime, the app is still plenty useful and user friendly without having to subscribe. I also love the app because of the nudge it gives me to think and write purposefully about things that went well in my day and how I felt about them. It’s a powerful practice and I appreciate how this app helps me accomplish it.

  • Great App!

I was looking for a gratitude journal app and downloaded a few but love this one for its simplicity. It does just what I need it to and it doesnt distract from its purpose - daily gratitude and reflection. Prompts are very intentional. Thank you for this app. Highly recommended!
  • Game-changing app!

This is a GREAT app if you are wanting to get started with practicing gratitude. I was having some very challenging moments in my life and struggling. I did a devotional that talked about well-being which started me on looking at how I practice gratitude. This apps is great for those who’ve not done this before. I highly recommend it.

  • Love this app!

I have only been using this app for about a week, but I have absolutely loved the daily reminder to be grateful. It has been so nice to see that even on horrible days, there’s at least 3 things to be grateful for. Today I was wishing there were more blanks to fill in because I had much to be thankful for!

  • Kind of mindfulness

After making daily entries for a couple weeks, I am more present all day and keep a running tally of observances and experiences that could be in the top 3 for the day. This helps restore the glass-more-than-half-full approach I was previously known for and have lost in the past few years.
  • Love this app

I absolutely love this app! I used to have a book that was the same idea but never found the time to get it out and write in it. Having it on the app with a reminder set makes it so easy and it really does put your mind is such a good place. Couldn’t recommend enough.
  • Simple and effective

I tried another free gratitude app and found it clunky with silly gamification “features.” This app is elegant in its simplicity, and works smoothly - I appreciate the little details like staying on the prior day if you happen to use the app after midnight.
The thing I most appreciate is the “I felt” prompt that accompanies each “good thing” — it really helps me consider the meaningfulness of what I’m appreciating, something I’m otherwise prone to skip.
It’s a great app to build a practice around, so much so that I was happy to pay for it, even if I don’t use any paid features.
