  • Simplistic greatness

I was looking for something truly simple to help me to remember to reflect and be thankful, and this app is perfect for it.
A daily reminder at bedtime and a prompt of what was good and how you felt.
Finding joys in days where you didn’t notice any can feel like a challenge at first, but then the more you reflect on them the more you start to notice the joys as they’re happening.
No ads, no streaks to guilt you into using it, no content trying to teach you (except a nice daily quote), just a place to be you and write your thoughts, experiences and reflections.
Thank you for making this app.

  • Incredibly simple, effective and wonderful

This app takes a minimalist approach yet has all the functions one could need. The interface is clean and has no nonsense like advertisements. It’s easy to use which makes it an easy activity to build into your daily routine. So appreciative for the free version, but quite honestly considering paying the very minimal annual cost for the paid functionalities just because I am so thankful to these developers for creating such a wonderful app! This app forever has a place on my Home Screen! 🫶🏼

  • So easy to use for gratitude

This is the best app for gratitude that I have used, and I have tried a few. I like that you can save to pdf and look back on how far you have progressed
  • Great new ritual!

I started using this app every night to quickly capture the good parts of each day. Just thinking about them puts m a positive mindset before bed. Writing them down will help me remember what I might soon forget.
  • Practice makes perfect.

I’ve been going through a bit of a slump for the last few weeks and this simple app helps me look for the positives, however small they may be, through what has sometimes been a pretty trash day. This combined with their prompted journal app along with journaling on my own has really helped me pull myself out of the mental and emotional holes and regain clarity and control over my thoughts and emotions. Definitely give it a try

  • Love it so far

My therapist recommended this app to me and I have just started using it today. However, it is already helping me to notice the smaller accomplishments and experiences in my day that would otherwise go unrecognized. It’s extremely simple, calming and ad-free.
  • Love!

My husband and I both use this app. We both enjoy it very much. It’s quick, it’s simple, & it also helps you reflect specifically on each day. You are able to share each of your daily entries with a loved one, or keep them to yourself. This is one of the few apps that I have my notifications turned on for because I want to complete my three good things every night! Thank you to the creators 😊

  • Grateful for this app!

Have been going through a lot of stressful things at once. This app helps me focus on the positives (and there really are lots in a day once you start to pick your top 3).
  • Daily Gratitude Habit Made Easy

This app is fresh, has a clean appearance, sponsors creativity, and has really helped me get back into the habit of daily gratitude. This has been a huge help in my healing from PTSD and PPD. I love the simple reminders, lack of annoying adds, and the daily quotes are something I look forward to!
  • One of my most important apps

Love the app, my end of day reflections make such a difference to how I feel. On days where I’ve had a hard day or felt lower energy I’ll reflect on my 3 good things and immediately feel better. Perfect way to end any day.
