  • Great app

I love this app! I look forward to noting down my top 3 things for the day. Even when I feel like I haven’t had the best day, I note 3 good things and realise there’s good in every day. Great gratitude tool.
  • Habit forming- finally!

Been trying to start a gratitude habit for a year or so. Tried a paper journal, online complicated journal, calendar, verbal to my friends, etc. Nothing took until I found this app!!! It’s super simple, takes 3 minutes and I has lovely quotations. I like the reminder chime and the ability to download history. I actually look forward to completing it every evening! My habit is finally solid- hoooooray and thank you!

  • Being grateful of this special tool

This apt offers a simple yet impactful way to take a moment to feel grateful each day. 💕
  • Simple easy app that fosters a positive attitude

I have always struggled to maintain a positive mood. I’d read that it can help to practice identifying three things each day to be grateful for, so decided to see if there was an app that could help. There are lots, but this one sounded appealing because it was simple and free. I’m not looking for bells and whistles! I’ve been using it about 10 days and really like it. I aim to fill out my three things every night before going to bed. If I’m forgetting, I get a prompt on my phone. Interface is very simple and I’ve been doing it. I think it is actually helping me so I’m very happy. I definitely recommend this app

  • First step on the journey

First time I start a practice like this, and this has helped. Easy to use and get started, inspiring quotes. Would be good to be able to reference the original how to instructions, can’t seem to navigate my way back to them.
  • The Goldilocks gratitude app

I wanted an app to start a daily gratitude practice. I wanted something wothoutfrills that wld simply make it easy for me to write three things for which I’m grateful each day. This app does exactly that: it prompts me each day at a set time and I simply fill in the gaps. It’s exactly what I wanted, thank you 😊🙏🏻

  • Simple but effective free app

This app is exactly what it says - name 3 good things from your day and how each made you feel. Gratitude and being present is difficult for me; I can’t always come up with even 3 things. I look forward to building this skill. Every day comes with a quote - I am loving those too. Thanks guys!
  • What a great little app! 💕💕

Thank you, I love this app. It is obvious that creating a useful and helpful app was the priority rather than monetising an idea/concept for public consumption. I’m so glad that I scrolled down the list and found your app (this will one of my entries tomorrow!😬). I have happily paid the fee for annual subscription and I will be telling all my peeps about it!!
    Thank you 🙏🏻🥰🤩

Ps. A question: not sure if this is possible but I just entered my ‘3 things’ for today and then realised that I’d started at 23:50 and finished just after midnight so yesterday’s are now today’s! 😖is there any chance that being able to amend the date could be an option? Thanks 😊

  • Excellent app!

Mental can be improved by three things: sleep, exercise, and gratitude. Since my Fitbit logs my sleep & steps, I was searching for a simple, dependable app for meeting a “thankfulness goal” each day. This is definitely filling the need in a supportive way. I love that I can easily scroll back to see previous days entries and also export to a file, if I wanted to print. LOVE THIS APP!

  • Grateful

This app is a great mindfulness tool. It’s very simple, but the effect is profound. Daily recalling the things that have had a positive impact on your day help you establish a “collection” of “good things” (and good feelings) in your mind. This is like the “collection of treasures” we had as kids in our pockets. It’s nice to pull them out and see what we’ve found from time to time. 💎
