  • Amazing!!

    Being grateful for the small things in life is hard to remember in a busy life schedule so at the touch of an app you can make sure to be thankful for those things.
    The fact it can be free or paid for us wonderful so anyone can have access to being grateful.
    It’s a wonderful reminder that I am grateful for to make sure I appreciate the little things!

  • Helps with depression

    I’ve been struggling with depression for a few years, and I lately I’ve been trying several self-help apps to change my outlook. This hasn’t been the only resource I’ve used, but it has been a huge help in making me see the good things in my life! It didn’t seem like it was working at first, but the more I use this tool the more it helps. I’m so glad that this app was created, and I love the simplicity! Keep up the good work.

  • The simplest version of a gratitude journal

    I love this app as it gives me exactly and only what I need - space to record my top 3 thing I’m grateful for each day with a prompt to write how each made me feel. So many other apps are trying to do too many things. If you want simple and straightforward this is the one for you. You can also set up a reminder to record each day which is helpful and also prompts me to start winding down for the night.

  • Love this app

    I've been searching for a way to practice gratitude and positive thinking, and this app is perfect for me. The reminder I get each night gets me to sit down for just a couple minutes and write down positive things that happened today. I really like it because no matter what my day has been like overall, i get to acknowledge the good things that did happen.

  • Great for self reflection

    I heard about this tool from a co-worker, I have not been consistent in writing everyday, however I always get my reminder to do it and I can look back at what I have completed any time. The App is super easy to use and is good for the person who has the glass half empty view.

    I love how this app helped me to always find the good things in a day. Even if that day would be the most miserable one, there’s always a silver lining-a glimmer of hope. I highly recommend this for everyone!! Thank you developers for this amazing app!

  • Wonderful

    I love 3 good things. A friend told me about it and it’s such a great tool. I love the privacy and respect of the app and that there are no adverts.
    The only thing thing I would change is ‘Joy is only real when it’s shared’ at the bottom of the page. I think joy can exist within too! Maybe ‘share your joy’ anyway, I love the app. I also love the quotes and the opportunity to write the thing that happened as well as how it makes you feel. Thank you so much.

  • Perfect, recommending often!

    I appreciate how simple this app is (I could keep a list of gifts in my note app). I value how it included the “I felt _____” section causing me to think about my emotions tied to the good things. The overview is a nice option to be able to glance back and I appreciate the reminder at the end of the day, but I can also add things as the day goes on so I don’t forget!

  • 3 Good Things

    This app is easy to use and I love its simplicity. As a psychologist, I use it for myself and have recommended it to several of my patients. Getting into the habit of hightening our awareness to just notice simple things that make us happy or grateful is a wonderful skill. It is an antidote to negativity which can become so habitual. This simple little exercise can do wonders to begin to shift one’s thinking. With enough practice, it can lift depression and help with anxiety. The more we look around us for things that make us feel good, happy or grateful, the more of these things we will take in. This is a win-win exercise. Thanks to its creators! P.S. Please don’t make this complicated because the simpler it is the easier it is to do and the chances that it will become a natural daily practice are increased.
