Loved the app!
I’m so terrible with electronics that I always fear trying them out. But my adjuster sent me the link and it downloaded Pickett-split! The directions were easy to follow and made my process quick (a miracle!) and easy. Now if the repairs go as nicely….!
Expeditious
This app is wonderful in speeding up the claims process. The body shop I was referred to put and get me in for two weeks to do the assessment like this that took 10 minutes.

Car damage on a 2014Terrain
I do not care for this app because the pictures were not clear. So I provided additional pictures. Plus this take away a job for the professional person to obtain all information necessary. However the app does guide you but I rather just take the pictures and be done. Plus it took forever for a representative to contact me about my vehicle or even to check if I was having any problem with the app.

Gives me the freedom and control
This app gives a control and freedom by taking pictures of my car where it got hit. It gives me the liberty to take every detail of the damage from side, front and inside. Thanks for this wonderful app and thank you.
Good idea needs improvement
The app gives you the option to put as many photos as you would like but the video option is limited to only one video at 30 seconds… this makes it difficult in my situation where my vehicle was stolen and came back with multiple spots of damage on nearly every side of the vehicle. It would be nice to send a two minute video where I can make it around the whole vehicle and point out every spot of damage.

Great easy to use app
This app made it easy to transfer information about the car and quick easy to follow instructions on how to transfer information to insurance companies for your car repair
Simple and easy to use
This app is pretty much foolproof. The steps are easy to follow and it only takes a few minutes to take the necessary pictures and submit the required information.
Super easy
I see now with the Covid pandemic businesses are finding ways to make it easier for customers to do business. This app is super easy and fast to use. No need for the customer and the adjuster to meet face to face in many circumstances. Of course when we rely more on technology the less we rely on the face to face. Sometimes that’s good and most the times it’s bad. I’m a face to face type consumer and while making things more efficient there is less need for adjusters. I see future layoffs for that segment of doing business in this case with Farmers.

Man this thing is trash
Bruh, like I’m obviously not in the best mood after a collision that caused damage to my car and this stupid app is buggy, doesn’t let you stray from its outline whatsoever, regardless of the realities of your personal car. And when you contact a rep about it, they are useless.
This has been irritating the crap out of me for 5 days now and I hope I never have to use it again.

Easy to use
Easy to use. My door VIN sticker is not looking to good. Not sure if App will figure it out. App only allows for pics, my car will likely need an alignment. But no way to document with a pic. Wheel was first point of contact and took a hard hit. Be sure you document all damage. In my case I needed to jack up car and remove a front wheel, then could take pics of inner fender liner and below and under front bumper.
