It guides you to scan VIN and take photos. In the middle my phone battery gone and phone went off. After plugging in, everything took previously still stay there.

Great app
Pay close attention to what the app is trying to tell you. Outline the vehicle in the template for the photo and click. I had already had the damage appraised by a top notch body repair shop so we will see if the insurance claims adjuster comes to the same conclusions. There could be little things missed that are quite costly

I used the App for first time. I had a problem typing in my VIN numbers because the rectangular App box covered up 90% of the top row of characters on my IPhone keypad. It took 15 min for me to enter my VIN number, trying to use tip of my finger at an angle trying to tap the little sliver of the bottom of each number pad protruding below your App! Couldn’t move my keypad to get out from under your App,& I couldn’t move your App asking me to Accept.
If I were to accidentally touch your App, & not the number on my keypad which I Was Trying To Tap, I would either accidentally erase the numbers & letters already imputed, or, I would be accidentally pushing “enter”, telling the App to input & upload my information before it was completed!!

Nice, efficient app!
I have never had the opportunity to use an app for an accident. This app explains exactly what it needs to move to the next stage. There are required photos that are needed for each claim, but there is room to add more detailed photos and/or video as an option. It gives space to explain the damage as one sees it as another option at the end. Press the button and the data is transmitted. Done! Easy!
This is the way to go. No need for an adjuster to come out, or waste the “victim’s” time running around trying to find a collision center with time to estimate the damage on your schedule. This can be done so easily at your own home, in or out of the garage; and naked if necessary. 😂

Ease of use
At first I was hesitant about the use of this app. I am unsure of how well the pictures will illustrate the damage to my vehicle. However, the use of this app is quite easy. After Few minutes of trial and error, taking the pictures seem easy and they guide you step-by-step. At the end there are options to allow you to take more pictures and also video of the damage to your vehicle, which I thought was very helpful. You do have the opportunity to review your photos before you submit them to the insurance company. But I wonder if transmitting photos really replaces direct inspection of the damage. I worry that the pictures, even if you give them very good quality photos, Will lead to an under estimation of the cost of damage to your car. But to use the app is quite easy.

I like the ease of using this app. I like the fact that you get all the pics and then are able to take video and other pics if needed. However, I would Not..repeat, NOT rely on this for a final payment.
I personally would always make sure you have a supplement available with the body shop and insurance company.
The fact that you can’t get a true feel for the exact damage due to lighting or atmospheric conditions it may leave possible questions still unanswered and could effect the proper reimbursement.
Therefore I rate this app a 4.

Let me upload my own photos
I don’t like that you have to take a set of photos in the app. I already had take. Photos at the scene but I couldn’t use them. Had to wait til I could take more, when it is daylight (I work dark to dark), and when the car was clean enough to see all the damage. They did let me send my pics but only after I had gone through all their picture hoops.

CCC Mobile app Super user friendly
Even if you have just basic knowledge using your cell phone, this app is super easy to use. App gives you easy step by step instructions on what exactly how and what to take pictures of on your car. It takes about three to four minutes to complete the whole process. Then press submit and you’re all done!

First time user
This is my first experience with this app and I could not be happier. I’m out of town on vacation and this has alleviated my anxiety about the accident and getting it reported while out of town . I could not recommend this any better. Insurance companies that use this app are top notch. Thanks so much!!

Better for your insurance company’s pocket book
I’m sure the app is great and achieves what it says it does. The one star is for the fact that insurance companies are using this to pay you less money for your claim. I work at a body shop and write estimates. I’ve been doing this for about 9 years. Most of these that I see that have already been written don’t cover half of what you should’ve actually been reimbursed. No biggy if you’re getting repairs done as the shop can supplement, but if you are cashing out then you are probably due more money. You pay in, but they try their hardest not to pay out. They cannot make you use it. Go to a reputable local shop and they will be more precise wether or not you schedule repairs.
