Awesome - Easy

Very easy to use step-by-step instructions and if you have an iPhone the pictures are amazing my insurance representative sent me a text message with my case number and login information already in the text so when I click the link to download the app it already logs me in very easy couldn’t be more pleased with its assistance documenting my claim.

These apps are much better than they were 5 years ago

These apps have come a long way and are much better than they were. If there is a user friendly way to update information I haven’t found it yet but I noticed additional damage after I submitted and wanted to add that. Again, if it exists to do so it’s isn’t as obvious as I would like it to be at the moment.

Well thought out!

As much as I would prefer to have someone in person to see all the details of vehicle damage to get a proper estimate I have to say this worked great. It’s easy to use with great direction as to what to do and really went fast! As long as the assessment of the damage is properly done I am very impressed.

Not flexible enough nor user friendly

I could not upload the pictures I already had on my iPhone, that is bad. I already masked the damaged area against water intrusion and since I could not load pictures from my iPhone I had to u cover he entire area to take pictures and video all over again! That is so bad.
The application needs to afford more flexibility and user friendliness!!!!

Picture portion

The App itself is easy to use however the picture portion should allow for snapping a pic or uploading pics already taken. I could not move past the pic portion and did not have the car with me to take pictures. I did however have pics on my phone I had taken at the time off the accident. I had to take blank pics in order to move forward and then was able to load additional pics.

Not fully functional

I am not sure how appraisers work so I can’t tell if it helps them or not. Using the app, I took pictures of what they asked, but was not able to figure out how they were going to help the adjuster. I hit a deer—a lot of the damage was from broken brackets and plastic pieces under the hood—I DID send them my own pictures, but they didn’t ask for them. I got back an estimate (that I can’t print or share). It doesn’t have ANY of the under-the-hood pieces on it, so obviously the adjuster either didn’t look at them or didn’t understand what they were seeing. My biggest complaint is that the app won’t let me pull the estimate off the screen. It says it’s a PDF, but I am stuck scrolling up and down,back and forth through a 10-page document with and IPhone 6....🤨

User friendly app

This app made it very easy to submit pictures. I was unsure at first however it gives you a an outline of a car to fit your car model into. I was able to put extra pictures into the app & a description of the damage.

First repair on app

I was hesitant about using the app but I must admit it was quite easy. Unfortunately the pictures I had to take were at night. So to be sure I had my daughter take pictures in the daylight. Hopefully this will help with the estimate. We had a local body shop that we have been using for years hopefully the company will allow the vehicle to be repaired at the shop of our choice.

Easy to Use

Very easy to follow the instructions and I like there is the opportunity for additional photos. Plus the fact that I could given a written description of any damages was a nice option. I was worried at first about the VIN# since mine was not located on the door nor could I find one on the dash. Given the chance to type it in took care of that problem.

🤔

The app was self explanatory and easy to use. I do not like that you HAVE to turn on the microphone continue to use the app. That seems weird, especially since I was never asked to talk or explain anything. I give the app itself a 5 but do not like the fact that an adjuster didn't show up to do the work in person. Nothing like a first eye view in person to rate the job, look inside and outside of the car, and address any concerns the owner may have to ask. The fact that adjusters are loosing their jobs to an app is sad.
