I have an Enrich Blue account and for some reason I cannot log in. Tried the forgot password option to recover despite having the correct password and it still won’t let me access my account. Tried via the website on my laptop and got verification codes and it just takes me round in circles. Absolutely useless.

Worst Airline
Malaysia Airline is the worst Airline, they canceled my tickets which they are a transit and they telling me that they cant get me a flight in that day because the canceled all flights in that day and now i am stuck with a canceled ticket. They so unprofessional it should be out of business
Worst Airline App
Old fashion non-intuitive Dropdown menus are clumsy. For business class meal selection drop down menu there is not even a vegetarian meal offered from a flight from MEL to KUL. I wonder if any executive at MAS has ever tried to use the app themselves. Strongly suggest a quality audit of the App.
Horrible support
When I report bug I receive a generic reply. They did not even read my 3 bug reports. Waste of time.
Need improvement
Seems like every new update of this apps, your past trip is gone and you need to add it manually. Why don’t just sync all of the trips with the account/enrich id?
Not the easiest to navigate
It needs getting used to but on your second or third try you can book that extra baggage. It told me the extra baggage was free at first and I said to myself” somethings in life are free still” when it came to paying for my seat selection they slipped in the extra baggage.

Continuing errors
Once you add flight details to search it continually says the error that your ph number is wrong. Which has nothing to do with the search at this point. It happens on my phone and my iPad. Usually your app is good and easy to use. As your prices have gone up now it seems your app service has gone down.

Still need improvement
When browsing, the day of the date displayed is not accurate, when change date of return flight, it refreshes the whole trip.. little bugs here and there user interface is beautiful but not really user friendly, needs to be more simple, not confusing

Booked hari raya return LHR- KUL. More options now on purchase options through the app. Keep it up, MAS!
Worst airline app I have come across
Very temperamental and not easy to use just like their website. Most of time unable to connect to server/problem. Typical Malaysia airlines and no wonder see they are loosing business. They have to look into apps of Air Asia, Emirates etc and learn from them. Simply when I can’t use their app I can’t be bothered to book with them.
