So I was shopping on Saturday I had bought quite a few things. I am 81 year old female, and I was putting my groceries on the counter where the clerk started snatching things out of my hand because he was rushing me. The line was long. He didn’t give me a chance to put all of my groceries on the counter before person had unloaded their cart which my things were still in my buggy by the time I was standing in front of the cashier when he started snatching things from me in a very rude way, I gave her my phone for the five dollars off because I spent $66 and he snatch my phone and delete it what he was trying to find so I never got my five dollar coupon this is the worst experience I’ve had in a grocery store in. I don’t even know why is there is only four Gen Z group so I will not be coming back to that store that’s why you got one star they need to go back to training to know how to treat the public or people not just the ones that are your age, but all people that spend money in your store. I’m a make sure, I tell my friends they don’t need to patronize your store. Nobody needs to be treated like that.
