  • …It’s ok…

    The app works fine, colors are good. Ads of sales, seem to just be ads for coupons, you have to then go cut & save in your app. Coupons are not sales. Those two words are not synonymous. Coupons should give an additional discount, on top of sale even if I order to receive that sale you need a rewards card or membership. 🤔 Pictures seem ok, but are just too few, small & I cannot zoom. There are no ingredients listed, nor can I see the servings per container. I can just barely make out how many ounces or pounds are in a serving. I have a TON of allergies; it matters! Plus when price comparing, it’s nearly impossible without the additional details. You’re losing out. I purchase for meals for up to 160 people. You very well may have the better deal, but I’m not heading there if I don’t have those details.

  • Love my Lidl

    I had shopped at Aldi for years and always wished that they had a deli and a bakery. Lidl has both, as well as great prices! Many Lidl brand foods are both less expensive than famous name-brands and healthier. The produce department is great- good prices, good selection, and often there are vegetables or fruits that you can't find in other stores. The way Lidl offers "coupons" that are available without cutting them out (digitally) is a time saver. Plus, you'll find German products that aren't available in other American grocery stores. I enjoy shopping at Lidl and I tell my friends to try it- they will love it, too!!

  • Slight improvement

    The app is great for the most part, but I’d like to see a couple updates that are standard with other grocery apps in my experience. One, when you add items to your list, it would be nice to see a running total of everything you intend to buy. This is helpful for budgeting purposes or to know how much you’re expecting to pay if everything on your list in in stock. The other thing is regarding items being in stock or not. It would be nice to see what is actually in the store you’re shopping at, to properly plan. I see items listed as out of stock that are in stock when I go, or vice versa. Also sometimes you can’t search items but I’ll find them in the store - maybe it’s a newly acquired item and hasn’t been added to the app yet, but being more up to date is helpful. Also sometimes in store prices are different than the app. Overall, I like the app but these slight improvements would be nice to see!
