Works sporadically
This app doesn’t have full functionality if you aren’t connected to the MSC WiFi. Even when I was connected to their WiFi there were a lot of times when the app wouldn’t open.I hate picking a nickname!!!!!
Have to uninstall and reinstall every time
Literally have to delete and install the app every time to use it. Check in process could not be completed on mobile either.monkeymannnnnnnnnn
Update broke the app
The app was almost fine and now I just updated it and it crashes when trying to open. Not good. Please fix it soon.starkissdarling
Sporadically works…at best!
The app keeps crashing! I have deleted it and reinstalled twice. I open it and it immediately crashes before even opening. Once in a while it opens and works just as it should. Most of the time, it doesn’t even open. It is so frustrating. I wish zero stars was a thing. FIX THE APP PLEASE!!!!Mom2Kitty

Delete & Reload, REPEAT!
Second cruise with MSC and both times I have to regularly delete and download this app! It gets stuck often! App works decently once onboard. This app is limited and a PAIN compared to other cruise lines’ apps!FancyCheapstake
