Easy, no hassle rental with a convenient shuttle bus
Rented a car for a weeks holiday in Lake Garda from RentSmart Verona Airport. This was an easy rental - particularly for the price!
The shuttle to and from the airport was easy, convenient and quick… they pick you up just a few pedestrian crossings away from the airport… about a 4 minute walk, so don’t let that put you off.
The company is easily contactable on WhatsApp… and they sent us a message the day before with all the details (including shuttle info).
The man at the desk was really friendly and informative on pick up and the company seemed to understand we had our own insurance and didn’t push their own.
We had a nice car that was clean and in good working order (a Vauxhall Corsa) so no problems on that front.
Our deposit was released as soon as we dropped the car off. Go for it!Show lessWheyCharl
Rabbit holes
Some good deals, but the site is a mess. Not possible to alter dates of reservations online once made- or at least not clear how to. Checking in on line requires clicking on a link sent to email and then returning to previous page- but previous page does not appear to show the sign in procedure was successful. Lots of cheap deals on offer- but invariably in countries and cities far, far away- better to send deals of where I am located. In fact lots of offers and deals presented click on the link and you are taken to other pages and it’s a mess trying to get out of the rabbit holes.Show lessJohnz!!
No support and poor details
I don’t recommend QEEQ. The level of information and communication is very poor. It’s based on technology and there is real support to help when things go not as planned.mhd amer

Great car rentals
Booked a number of times now with Queen and they are always really good and real easy to deal with. First time I have ever been able to join a chat session with a supplier and actually feel Like I am 1-1 chatting with someone instead of the usual 10

Always a good rate, everything covered so no upselling at the desk.

The worst rental experience ever
I have been travelling internationally and hiring vehicles for 40 years and this is the worst experience ever. Firstly due to a flight delay and delayed baggage retrieval we followed the instructions of calling after we collected our baggage which was around 5:30 pm. The number given to call for the shuttle bus service rang out multiple times. Two of the numbers listed on the booking were disconnected numbers. There are no staff members and no voice recording as to what to do. We were forced to book another higher car at about double the price. I have now tried to cancel the booking and there is no cancel option on the booking. The instructions are to download the app and click manage booking which I did but still no cancellation option. Will never use your organisation again to book a rental car.Show lessLeonard627
Deeply Chinese car booking system!
If you’re ready to be messed around, by all means try this supplier for rental cars. they are cheaper. But they may be cheaper for a reason. Not only do they have a cackhanded website, totally strange payment arrangements, but also qeeq cancel bookings already made and paid for. If you can keep track of all this, you deserve a cheap rental! I’ll report back here whether they actually manage to make a booking that I’ve just made for the third time.
