Don’t fall for it
Don’t fall for it. This doesn’t save you any money. It all sounds nice until you go to pick up the car and learn about the additional charges for extra drivers etc. I called 2 days before to secure a van, we arrive and they don’t have one. We have to wait 40 mins for one. I contact the app hoping they can help because I called and confirmed. The app was zero help. They offered a coupon on a future purchase. Ummm no. No future purchases for me. I’m never using this app again. Literally if you are wanting to save money on a rental this app isn’t for you. I should have just went through enterprise and had less hassle. It equaled the same amount of money. I’m so frustrated right now.Show lesslaurennLo162

I wish somebody had told me to look at the BBB website before booking through this company. So do your research and check it out. My experience mimics what I am reading others experience also.
The estimated amount wasn’t even close and I cannot get clear receipts. I have 4 different invoices in front of me all with a different amount and all sent after I returned the car. I do not recommend using EasyRentCars as a third party, they definitely charge an absurd amount and again it was after the fact.Show lessJmdodge23
Easy to get car
I am pleased with EasyRentCars. I set up for one about a month ahead. The price was what was quoted. I didn’t get the Equinox I was hoping for but I did get a similar car. Easy in and easy return. Thrifty was good, I would use them again.sggoldengirl
Worst experience ever
This company changed my pick up time for my car and gave my car away when I did not show up at the time they change it to? If that was not bad enough, they charge me full price for a car they gave away on the next day of a eight day rental ! Customer service non existent. Never use them again, and plan on blaming social media to make sure the public knows how bad this company is.Show lessjj elder
Great company and easy to use app
I just happened chance upon this app and decided to use it. I found it to be very easy to use and straightforward – all information was given to you in a concise manner – when I had to cancel my reservation and make a new one they made it very easy.
The customer service is excellent and it’s easy to get in touch with them. They have an excellent selection of vehicles from cars to trucks and vans and their prices always beat the competition. It’s my go to app for renting a vehicleShow lessRkbmd
Very very exaggerated prices
Checked a couple of places in the Middle East, where I am familiar with the prices and found that this app is asking for ~230% the average market price. Even though they claim the prices are provided by the rental companies directly.
Asked the support team if they knew about that and the only response They provided was a canned response stating that they do not control the prices and that this is the price they received from the rental stores directly.

Total rip off
This company took a premium no excess reservation which was a total of $860 AUD. When I arrived in England to pick up my car, they only had my name & date. No details of the deal. They said there is no way they could give me a car at that price. We tried for over 2 hrs to contact easy car, but couldn’t get through.
& very time I tried to email them it would bounce back..I was forced to take a new contract with the company, which cost me $1600.. When I arrived back in Aus I called my bank & had them reverse the payment.. To which they contested!.. funny how they were contactable for that!

Keep changing the price
Somehow I am having trouble using the coupons and cannot book the car...where is the deal

This is a very bad company that doesn’t offer any customer service when something goes wrong as did in my case. I had some complications and couldn’t make the pick up for my car however when I finally did they told me it had been cancelled and I was a no show but this is not true as I’d advised the company of my late arrival and they told me it would be fine. They just keep telling me it’s not there fault but the car company. Would not recommend this company to anyone and if you want to have a good trip without hassles avoid these people..Show less168439dd
