Not reliable
I booked a rental car through Qeeq months ahead of my trip to Orlando and Miami. However five days before the trip I called the rental car supplier AZ car rental to get pick up instructions, but they shocked me with the surprise that booking has been canceled.
The online status was always showing as Confirmed, but on talking to Qeeq support they also said that it was canceled by the supplier.
This was never communicated to me through email, phone, or even the booking status still shows confirmed. Glad I figured out myself earlier instead of wasting time and ruining the trip on my pickup day.
Qeeq was unable to provide a replacement car, rather they offered another booking which was double the cost of original. So there is actually no price guarantee.
Would not rely on Qeeq or AZ car rental for my future reservations.Show lessKA20221218

As a broker to identify best value car hire options QEEQ is excellent. However the App is slow, too many steps to access key info, and constant stream of irritating pop ups advertising diamond membership, referral to friends, etc make for the low overall ratingfindJD

I use my credit card to pay for a reservation. And the reservation is not confirmed instantly. How come you asked my credit card and the you can’t confirm a booking ?豪华版手抓饼变态辣

We are sorry to hear your unsatisfied experiences. If you choose an noninstant confirmation booking, then it needs to the supplier to confirm the booking after you made the reservation. If they get back no car available, the booking won't be confirmed. We'd suggest that you could choose the instant confirming booking to make sure the booking is reseved successfully. This company just makes a margin on your booking by falsifying discounts. If you’re ever in a pickle like a delayed flight, QEEQ will NOT help you. I found much better service and rates working directly with the rental company. Their insurance is a scam too. Super minimal coverage that won’t give cover you in any real situation that might happen. Approach with caution or better yet do not approach at all…. 0/5 stars.Show lessLordYargington

Worse company ever
I book a car rental for 18 days when I arrived at the car rental company to pick up the car, they told me that I need to pay to collect the car even though I paid already in advance. The company told if I want to remove the car we had to pay which I did. When I arrive back from my holiday I contacted QEEQ and I have mow between pushed by the rental company and the QEEQ and nobody solves my problem. I am paying interest in my credit card and I was expecting this to be resolved quicker. I will never rent from this company again and I will have to open a complain with my credit card company to try to get my money back. I am very disappointed and frustrated as I cannot afford to lose £400.
Update
I received the reply from QEEQ saying that the claim was successful dealt with. Yes it was as I had to action my AMEX to dispute on my behalf. I will never use them again. Worse company ever. I will continue using Rental Car.Show lessmtrinanes

Was given the website by a friend a few weeks before we travelled. Found that the prices were very competitive. On arrival at Athens airport we were late meeting the cathode man as one bag had been lost. I called the number on the booking reservation and he was there in five minutes. Check in at the car hire station was very quick and we received an upgrade. Drop off was equally the same as pick up. All went really well, the staff were brill.Show lessMark and Karen
