This company by far is the best reservation company in the world for booking hire cars, the prices are very competitive when compared to the other budget carriers and when and if there is a problem, which can be often the case in the car hire sector, they always attend to such matters very responsibly and work hard to resolve it to their customers benefit. Not Reliable!
They cancelled my booking two days before I was going to pick up the car, I had already paid in full already but they cancelled it anyway saying the supplier does not have the vehicle I requested and my option is to book instead another vehicle but the price was going to be over $800!
I just hope I get my refund back without any issues, and the company they were going to get the vehicle I requested from, is still advertising that same vehicle on other websites so looks like they do have it available

I travel a lot and rent alot of car but have never had bad experience like this time. I travel to Taiwan and want to rent a car. I tried this app at the first time. They request to deposit or pre-pay about 15 to 20% of the total cost. The vender very not professional when they will meet you at the airport and give the car to you without any special instruction where they will part and how they can meet you. You have to call them at the first.
Last but not least they can reject your application even not your fail and they reject to refund the deposit if they reject it. Think about they will say sth about your application and they reject and they will get your deposit for free. I contact the customer service but they dont want to re-investigate at all really useless customer service as well. Really a scam with this website.Show lessCtt tin

Avoid this company like the pest!
I recently returned from a trip to Malaysia where this company rented me a car at Kuching Aieport and upon arrival the car rental company didn't operate there, the phone number didn't work, etc. Not only did they not solve the problem, but 2 weeks later I still haven't received a refund and the company is giving me the run-around.

Always go directly with the car rental company not them. Don’t go by the positive reviews. You will probably get a better deal with the car rental company directly.
They are just aggregators. If there is any issue with the supplier/vendor, you will be stuck in the Spiral of emails with this company. They will keep saying that they are pursuing the issue with the supplier and keep on dragging it for months. And, above all even if its their fault they keep pushing the blame to either you or the supplier.
In my case, this company showed a bigger car on the app and booked a smaller car with the supplier. And its been 6 months of endless emails and i have finally given up.
