  • Still waiting for my refund

    I had to cut my booking short by a week due to unforeseen circumstances. I rang twice in advance to let them know and was told several times I would receive a refund. I’m still waiting for it 2 months on.

    In response to the reply from QEEQ- I spoke to two different people and gave both of them the details including the booking number. I was told by both I would receive a refund for the difference.

    Thank you for taking the time to contact us. As we didn't know your booking no., we didn't know the details. If you called us earlier before the free cancellation time, we generally suggest the customer to make a new booking and cancel the original booking, as the supplier would not allow the amendment after reserving and no refund if returned earlier.     NO YOU ARE NOT SORRY AT ALL… it’s been 6 weeks and I still don’t have my refund- despite providing you with everything you requested. I paid $600 for a rental car that I didn’t get- through no fault of mine.
    BOTTOM LINE: YOU ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS out to rob innocent people of their money. STOP WITH THE INSINCERE APOLOGIES AND REFUND MY MONEY

  • Do not use a service like this

    I arrived at the rental counter after 23 hours of travel only to be informed I could not rent a car because I did not have a printed copy of IDP, while having a digital version available for viewing and could email to the provider. They told me to contact the agent, QEEQ to deal with it. I had an additional 3 hours to drive to reach my initial destination and without the ability to contact (my phone could not call their Singapore number from Eastern Europe), I had to scramble to find another provider.

    I have spent the last 3 days emailing with QEEQ trying to resolve the issue and the statement I have received- I am considered a NO SHOW (their emphasis not mine) because the agent wouldn’t accept my documents.

    Do not use an outside service when renting internationally because there is no recourse and I’m out $1000 because the agent decided I didn’t meet criteria she chose and QEEQ is keeping their money because they can.

    Absolutely horrible delivery on what I had believed was a great service. Another sucker is born every minute evidently.

  • Complete lack of customer focus

    QEEQ deal with hire car suppliers that add extra costs at time of picking up a hire car. These suppliers add these extra costs and then rely on the customer being in a hurry so that they can slip these extra costs through without the customers knowledge. Then when the customer complains to QEEQ about this unconscionable conduct QEEQ delay the response for months seemingly hoping that the customer will just go away. I will never use QEEQ again for any car hire that I need

If you offered all required document, the supplier stil ask for other product or service's purchase, we'd suggest that you refuse directly or contact us. If signed the contract, it is very difficult to claim it. We are sorry about that. Good day !
  • Not great I wouldn’t recommend

    Hi there.

    Just wanted to put out a beware don’t recommend review. We were flying from London to lax first problem when I booked the rental I put down what time we would pick it up. Since I was in London the rental time defaulted to 8hrs earlier in la. This was not helpful. Then our flight was cancelled and we weren’t able to get on a plane until several hours later. We were renting the car for 16 days so it was quite an expensive rental. When I called qeeq they said there wasn’t anything the could do as we within the 24 hour window so if the car company decided not rent us that car then that was entirely up to the car company…. Seriously? We went anyway and the car company thankfully was decent and gave us the car but if I had listened to QEEQ…. We would have to rebook and entirely new rental. Don’t rent from these guys the experience was totally stressful and they were awful. Once the book they take no responsibility for their customers experience.

As the supplier offer the vehicle according to the reserved pickup time, if you need late pickup, you need to contact the supplier or we help contact the supplier to confirm whether they could help hold the vehicle till you arrrived. And most of time, they could not confirm until you arrive, they offer you the vehicles generally according to their availablity at that time. That's why we can't guarantee and offer you such suggestions. Once they could not offer vehicles, all prepayment can't be refunded from the supplier. Please kindly note.
  • Best price and no issues

    I had not heard of QEEQ before and was a little nervous when there were a few spelling mistakes in emails and website . I had no need to be concerned the service was excellent and they were the best price by over 10 pct . I usually use holiday autos but there was no difference in service and a better price so I'm a convert to QEEQ .

  • The worst app and worst company

    When I reserved my rental car the reservation indicated I had until a certain date to cancel or change. I tried to change it well In Advance of that reservation and could not. I asked the rental car company when I picked up the car I wanted to return it a day early and they said to contact QEEQ for the refund. QEEQ customer service is awful and none of agents are providing me with a clear answer. This is the single worst booking agency I have ever used. AVOID at all costs!

    Thanks for your comment getting back to us. The amendment could make if you agree the new price while amended or make a new booking. You might also find the policy of early return for no refund, which was made by the supplier. Apologized that we could not help refund it. Good day !
  • Very bad pickup and return experience

    This app is doing a great job help you find a good deal and make the reservation.

    But when it’s time to pick up the car, it has the worst user experience, no CTA whatsoever, the reservation is hidden in your account section, and even after you find it by searching for a while, there’s no helpful and actionable information. Again the address and phone number are hidden at the end, and you can not even copy them.

    I would expect to have a very easy to access buttons to get direction to the car or call the rental office, or at least be able to copy the address and the phone number.

  • Horrible!

    Very, very poor customer service. If everything goes right and you don’t need to contact customer service you’ll probably be okay but in order to make just a simple one day change to my booking I was put through hoops for a number of weeks and still the outcome was unsuccessful.

    It was like talking to robots who just followed a script but could not make a genuinely simple change.

    Very, very frustrating will not use again based on this very poor experience.

  • AI Scammers

    Scammed, was on the system on their website and all looked good. The normal situation where they show you a price and then you click on it and it goes to the next section with inflated prices due to automated add ons. That’s pretty standard and a scam that old it’s hardly a scam anymore.
    Anyway the system said “sign up and use our app to receive a discount”. So stupid me downloaded the app, signed up and then saw there was a voucher available, great. Selected the dates and car and went to book and the per day price had gone up by a fair margin so even with discount voucher it was significantly higher. That’s ok I hadn’t logged out of the website. Went back to the website and guess what. The system has changed to the inflated price even though I was mid booking.
    Contacted them and basically “we can change prices whenever without communication”
    Scammers!
