  • Sri Lanka Europcar

    The car leased to us had the engine light and temperature gauge illuminated, and dash had electrical problems from the moment we got it. The car broke down 2 times. Sri Lanka Europcar left us stranded on the side of the road for 6 hours! The car was unsafe and expensive. They did not have a comparable replacement car, so they eventually brought a bigger car and said that was compensation enough for not having a car for three days!! This is the worst customer experience I have ever had with a rental car company. Additionally, the information from the app said the deposit for car was $240 USD, and we were charged 500 EURO. Info said to bring license and international driving permit. When we got got, Europcar did not accept it and charged us $50 USD for additional driving permit. This was the worst rental experience we have ever had. Our safety was compromised by the car we were leased, not to mention the unsafe conditions standing on a highway for 6 hours with a family.

    Last update: QEEQ was able to negotiate with the company to refund me full amount. Thank a lot mainly for Amy who was very supportive and very reactive.

    I rent a car with QEEQ with my credit card. My credit card (number and account) exist for years but the plastic card was changed by my bank some weeks before the trip. When I arrived to the airport the company Mex Rent a Car refused to give me the car because the plastic card needs to be issued more than one year, even if the number and account are old. And even if itโ€™s the same card that was used to pay the car rent.

  • Car Hire

    I have only recently discovered QEEQ and I have to say what a joy to find a company that does what it says. On my first booking they saved me a further ยฃ55 by rebooking the car after I had originally booked it. Then when I returned without managing to get e refund for a tyre that I had to replace from Budget USA they contacted me offering their services to claim on my AXA insurance that I purchased through them should the refund not arrive. My latest hire is for Spain and again they have proved to be the cheapest option for the type of car I need. l be will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone for any hire car needs anywhere in world

  • First time trying to rent a car through this app

    I travel over 250 days of the year with rental cars and hotel rooms and I thought Iโ€™d give this company a shot do yourself a favor stay away. Customer service is nonexistent or might as well be if you asked to speak with a manager thatโ€™s not an option my first experience was me I had a rental counter for over 2 1/2 hours not leaving with a rental car and being charged for the car after the rental car company canceled my rental car. I think this is the first one star really bad review Iโ€™ve ever left on a company and I hate to do it but there is no willingness to help from this company or anything it was ridiculous the most ridiculous experience Iโ€™ve ever had actually. Apologize for the poor writing in this review as Iโ€™m leaving this review voice text because Iโ€™m so irritated and upset. All right Iโ€™m done. I hope itโ€™s going to get better for this company as far as how they operate . maybe I just had a bad day with all the wrong people that are employed at Qeeq.

  • Poor app, poor support and bad experience

    The app Is poorly designed, complex and designed to lose discount vouchers and promote a premium service.

    My booking, for which payment was prepaid, was lost and did not make it to the car rental company. No shuttle bus at airport, had to make my way by private taxi to the car rental office which was closed. Eventually had the use of a rental car supplied by a different rental agency.

    Qeeq customer care were very poor and dismissive. No attempt at refunding me at all. Needles to say I will be deleting the app and avoiding them in the future.

  • Looks mean nothing

    The site is appealing to the eye. But donโ€™t be fooled because finding the cancellation option is impossible. Yet alone somehow the website will automatically fill in your payment information saved on the device being used.
  • Very good customer service

    I just made a difficult reservation change (new reservation and canceled an old). The customer service representative was great, efficient and patient.

    It is easy to compare and book cars.
  • Best Service

    I am very pleased with the last 4 trips to Boston using QEEQ. The prices are cheaper than I have found anywhere else. I plan to continue using them in the future
