Great price, but can be confusing
I eventually went with these guys because they had the best price. But I went round and round for a while trying to get a first time $30 discount. After 30 minutes of texting back-and-forth with customer service I finally realize that the first time $30 discount doesn’t apply to the type of purchase I was making.Show lessclipman007

Didn’t help me
I tried to get a rental car. I was at the window at the time I asked for. We found out at the last minute my husbands leave cr was expired. I called QEEQ to get the name changed to mine and they said it was past my rental time. It was about 5 minutes past my time. They still charged me for the rental even tho we didn’t get a car. I tried to get a refund and all they kept saying was I was past my rental time and would not refund. I will never ever use this service again.Show lessdarspig

Rubbish system, refunds and cancellation process is a nightmare, customer service gave zero f$#ks about my questions and issues.
Can’t do anything about cancellation and amending bookings online and directs you to get app, which then doesn’t work and directs you to call Centre who was completely unhelpful and didn’t seem to want to be on the other end of the phone.
Unfortunately App Store doesn’t offer ability to award 0/5 stars otherwise that’s what it would get.Show lessOmegabyuu

Guaranteed a rental price that didn’t exist
I used qeeq to book a car rental. When I showed up, the rental company told me I had to have a non-US passport or drivers license to get the rate they had promised. This was not specified anywhere in the rental agreement, and I am a US citizen, so I couldn’t pick up the car at the rate promised. After much discussion, Qeeq customer service tried to get me another rental, but when I took that reservation to the counter at a different agency, the agent told me I had to wait two hours to pick up the car. This company did nothing but sell me a fraudulent product and waste my time.Show lessdont ever use this servjce
