Qeeq Reservations NOT Honored
Qeeq reservations may not be honored. Case in point, my reservation dated Feb 20, 2021 (thru till Feb 25) was plain denied by the dealer One Switch at Miami airport. They denied that this reservation existed despite showing them the reservation details on the Qeeq app and confirmations on my emails.
They were very rude were unwilling to talk, kept me waiting for nearly two hours. Even when I put a Qeeq representative on the line they did not want to speak to the agent. When I put the phone on speaker with Qeeq agent on the line, they again denied the reservation and said it was cancelled. They would not say who cancelled it and were unwilling to recognise that Qeeq application and the Qeeq agent clearly told them this was showing as a valid reservation. There were no cancellation emails sent or received anywhere.
One Switch then tried to have me book a new rental with them on the daily rate that was way higher than the Qeeq rate I used to earlier.
The Qeeq agent heard the entire conversation between One Switch representative and me on the phone since I had kept the call going.
One Switch then shoved me out of the shop saying they dont care and wont help my situation, leaving me stranded near Miami airport having traveled all the way from Newark, New Jersey.
I had to book improptu cabs and taxis costing me a fortune to get to Key West that day where my hotel stay was booked.

Got a car in Hawaii finally after so many place and website I check, the only place where I was not charged an arm and leg. It looks like all the rental place in Hawaii this week was charging so much and lucked out with this place😊theonewhoblogs.

My first reservation with QEEQ was horrible. The car company would not honor th reservation, it was canceled and yet QEEQ refuses to refund the monies. I provided them details and two names of employees of the company who insisted that they NEVER charge for cancelled reservations. I have had multiple discussions with QEEQ, on line, and also their after sale department. They promised they would respond and failed.. This is a miserable company when there are problems and there are problems when one travels. I would not use them again.Show lessmangomanfl
Worst experience of my life!!
It was a horrible experience! my flight was delayed and I was late 1:30 to pick up the car. I called the company and Qeeq and no one answered. Anyway, I couldn't get the car out and I couldn't get my money back. My trip was because my grandmother had cancer and she needed me to take her to the hospital. I have a 7 month old baby and had a grandmother who died because when she needed to go to the hospital at 4am I didn't have a car or money to hire another one. I called and sent several emails to return the money or to rent another car but I was ignored. Their policy killed my grandmother! I do not understand why they kept my money as the car was not delivered and the car company had already rented it to someone else. They stole my money and didn't even try to solve the problem. Worst experience EVER
This company is run by crooks! Too good to be true? Absolutely! Changed my itinerary for pick up and drop off, and they told me that it wasn’t recorded. I gave substantial proof that I indeed amended my itinerary, including my flight number that proved I was arriving at 7:30pm, yet they still said I booked a noon pickup! I called their “customer service,” what a joke! Currently in the process of taking them to court to get my money refunded. Stay away from these crooks!!!!Show lessKuchcache
