Horrible smell and charged 2x
The car smelled horrible when we picked up. Had to buy multiple things to try and get rid of the smell. Then got charged 2x and in email they keep saying it is for insurance but refuse to provide breakdown. Will never use again.jgvjsndkrfksnf
Awful app.
I made reservation a few times, for one trip, but had to cancel, because for some reason whenever I changed the date for my trip it reset the whole search, and changed the drop off location to the same as the pick up location. When canceling, if you are not careful, it will give your money back in the form of store credit rather than returning your money to your account. Also, I finally got to reserve car on my desired date and at the right location, then I got a notification that the price of the car I have reserved has lowered, I went to check the changes, but instead I saw that it has been canceled, automatically by them, without my consent! Iโm still awaiting to see if they are gonna return my money or have to take my money back by force through my bank!Show lesssammaneh

1.Once the customer cancel the booking we would refund the payment acount directly. 2.Turn on Price Drop Protector button and set your preference after you book a car. You could choose โAlert me via email" or "Automatically rebook me" if price drops by/to a certain amount. Once your booking is confirmed, the Price Drop Protector will automatically track for price drops. You could always see the daily price history next to your booking details. If the rental rate drops to your desired price, we will notify you via email or automatically re-book you.Once successfully rebooked, you could either pay less at pick-up or get refunded after your trip. Also๏ผwe would refund the money directly to your acount.QEEQ
THE ONE STAR IS TO MUCH!
Worst experience I have ever had in my life with a car rental. Would NOT recommend. I was left stranded because the car rental company you used had absolutely no cars left. The guy was rude & basically said come back tomorrow. At 12:00 midnight stranded at an airport was NOT the was I wanted to start my vacation.
You had a great rate that I booked long before trip and I had to use HOT WIRE & pay more then double for my car because it was last minute.
Your company should pay me the difference & inconvenience fees.

Stay away , they have no communication with local agent, I pre pay and their invoice does not match the local agent, ( but they way I never actually got an invoice with a breakdown from them) many hiden fee, you so much better off getting the regular rental company, that is without counting the local renter were closed when I went to return the car( time schedule) and they told leave the car and get a Uber to get to airport! I still waiting on a call from a manager and figure out where I can report this ! Better business bureau or local Florida rent association or something like that! Just booked my first car rental with QEEQ. I enjoyed the bonus coupons I was given and it was a straight forward process cheapest rates I could fine and as clear as car rentals get.jlee015
Great prices but big problems
I rented from DFW and my rental car was located in Irving,Tx. I could not find anyone in the car rental area that could figure out where my car rental was located based on the rental number. Also, I could not find a number to call QEEQ. Unfortunately, because it was Sunday and during Covid 19, no transportation was available to the lot where my rental car was located. No one answered my calls at the lot and then I figured out it was because the lot was closed! QEEQ said I was late and they would charge me anyway. It took 3 hours to get through all this confusion and mix up. Iโll not use QEEQ again.Show lessnomadly
