  • help me out when I can't make calls

    The whole booking process was super easy, from reserving the car online, to pick up and drop off. We went to Portland for the eclipse and we're having a hard time finding an available car. We found a minivan on easyrentcars at a great price and I booked it. I wasn't sure if it would be there when we arrived, but it was and we were on our way in no time!
    This is my first time use easyrentcars, i booked on website but then I downloaded app for evoucher, save me time of printing it out, love it! And it gave me the update in time, very thoughtful! And the we got the airport and we couldn’t make calls or be reached, I was very frustrated but then I found they had a live chat customer service entrance in APP, and I got in touch with customer service and they helped to contact counter to pick me up, really helped me out! So I highly recommend this app!

  • Becoming a regular EasyRentCars customer

    The EasyRentCars website is really good. I have been pleasantly surprised when I have used this company on several trips in Australia. The costs and service have been excellent. I could well become a regular user!
  • User friendly and evoucher is really time saver!

    This app is very easy to start and all the info about the car is very clear. And the updates for the reservation is very useful. I recommend to register their member and earn double points in App. Two trips later I became Gold member and can redeem points on following reservation. Also evoucher saved me lots of time instead of printing it out

  • Couldn’t pick up the car and being charged

    Landed at midnight 01:35 am in the morning, couldn’t pick the car because I don’t know know that I have to bring the Visa card with my name on it, since it’s midnight couldn’t contact the office, baby was crying, so I have to go home, when I called next morning, being told I can’t get the refund, okay, understandable, and when I want to pick up the car next day, they told me I can’t! So I paid the full amount for three days, showed up, but because of the card issue, even can’t get the car next day, so you are telling me paid 200 get nothing, feeling being robbed, and so angry

  • AVOID!!

    Long story short. Easy recant cars has made a themselves the hire car wether there is a third company involved or not. I hired a car Cyprus. When I got to Cyprus Greek side they refused to hire vehicle instantly as they believed I would be travelling to the Turkish side. I told them I am not but that was the end of it. I was stranded. Now claiming back my money is a completely different story and very very long winded. I got part payment in the end as the third party company supposedly told easy rent cars I had refused the vehicle although it was ready. A cancellation fee had to be deducted. Honestly please avoid.

  • Easy to use

    Easy to use app but would be nice if it allowed me to stay signed in even when I close the app. It’s a bit annoying to have to sign in each time I open the app.

  • Three Hire cars later

    I hired a car for 16 days the first one I had to return within an hour as the wheel bearing had gone. It was exchange with any problems. The second car had to be returned after 11 days due to bad tyre wear. We were due to drive to the York Peninsula that morning. I was asked to return the car which was a good hours drive. Once again there was no problems with replacing the car. I then had an hours drive back before starting our trip, which by this time we were three hours behind.
    I felt that an offer of petrol should have been offered as the second car was returned with a full tank. The other option could have been that they delivered the third car to me.
    All staff members were polite.

    These scammers received our reservation from an ALTERNATE online source and our company was ALERTED BY our Companies Credit Card FRAUD DEPT who was alerted by the NUMEROUS, OUTRAGEOUS and RANDOM CHARGES. These FRAUD ALERTS cost our company time and aggregation and spent hours managing the REIMBURSEMENT for these FRAUDULENT CHARGES. This companies REVIEWS alone would have DETERRED any of our employees from ever choosing them as a rental car resource! IF they do pick up your call, they DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, or ask to call back. Our company dealt with MONTHS of ADDITIONAL CHARGES and RE-ATTEMPTS TO RECHARGE on a reservation which WAS NOT theirs to begin with!!! Our business CC company decided the best way to end this and STOP THESE FRAUD CHARGES for good was to CANCEL OUR Credit Card used for an online reservation and REISSUED a replacement - Our companies FRAUD DEPT REPORTED THEM via a FEDERAL LEVEL due to their continuous SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY and FRAUDULENT CHARGES. ***Our employees are now BLOCKED with NOTIFICATIONS to our management team, ALERTING us IF THIS COMPANY, we have renamed “EZ Scammers” makes ANY FUTURE attempts to revisit this VISCOUS ACTIVITY! - Save yourselves the time, trouble and stress- never use them! Run!!!

Normally if you made the booking on our website which was prepaid or paid partly we only charge the amout shown on the website.And we will not charge additional fee from the customer.We did not received such feedback from other customers.Since you have not provided your reservation number, would you please kindly advise your reservation number so that we could assist you further? Looking forward to your reply and we would at no time follow up your case.
  • Poor customer service do not use

    No customer service- issue with picking up car, not interested in helping. Had to sort out alternative transport myself ( should have just booked directly with hire company!) . Promised compensation and refund- when I followed this up after holiday was advised no refund or compensation as it was the suppliers fault ???? Yet my contract was with EasyRentCars and I had paid them!
    Eventually had to go through credit card to get the refund, but still no promises compensation for having to rent another car for a lot more money at short notice!
    Poor poor poor.
    I’ve learnt my lesson - BOOK DIRECT FROM RENTAL COMPANY!!
