Zero stars; would not recommend
The UI/UX for this app is absolutely terrible. Every time I try to set notifications, it crashes. I tried to sign up for the user experience testing feature and when you click the option you get 404 error. There are zero tooltips. If I would have known the app was so terrible, I wouldn’t have bought this security system. Save your $3k usd and get a better system with a usable app.Show lessAdt510

I am absolutely love the cameras, we just did a 55 camera system for a business and i have a 8 camera system as well at my house…but the push notifications are not working.
Every time when i try to turn it on kick me out of the app.Marton82
Marvellous cameras
Absolutely wonderful cameras, 4K images on my TV and other screens that requires 4K. My family and I were on a trip and we could see how our cat was doing back home and hear everything. Really worth it.salvakito

GW Security
GW Security is a Great system. I have 4 GW Security systems on my app that I bought and installed for my customers one of them is my personal system.
**The only thing I wish that if one of four is not loaded in the app you can still open the one that’s open **

Bad experience
Ordered 48 cameras. Some of those were bad. Could not exchanged or get refund. Experienced frequent outages and To reach customer service had to wait 2 hrs each time.
Very had to get to customer for any resolution. Wait time is always more than hour and sometimes 2 hrs.Faulk1342

Unplanned offline episodes
I note that with frequency some of my cameras go offline. All my cameras are wired. The connections are perfect. Only way to recover the offline cameras is to reboot the system. This is not a viable security solution if one is not on the property. I have checked and other users report the same problem. Is this systemic ? I am fearful the answer is yes !Show lessPG1-2
