Needs some work
The app needs much improvement.. it loses signal every 30 seconds and then it will only come on for a few seconds and shut down again. It’s fine if you are sitting in the house watching a monitor but the phone app is horrible.aggravated labor
Interruption system cloud

GW Security is Easy to install
I have a 4K GW Security system for my business and my home. It is so easy to install and use. The cameras are powered by Ethernet cable and you pug one end in you camera and the other end in your system. Once you mount your cameras all you have to do is use your smart phone to watch. Slow. But I still love it
When I turn the camera on my iPhone it’s very slow loading. But I can check it from anywhere. So I love that about it. Very reassuring that have security cameras.families fun times
Problem
One thing I don’t like is every once in a while remote playback does not work and it just shows the following: “playbacking” which is not even correct English, but not video,AFsilverfox
System inoperable since Flash Player ended
Our company used this system for many years. Once Flash Player ended, so did our camera system. Even after downloading their supposedly new software that replace FP. You contact their customer service and they’ve been unhelpful.
Now we’ve lost thousands of dollars in a system we can no longer use.Show lessMannyBX161
App it’s okay
I have another app also so I can see the same cameras at home. This Gw app most of the time won’t connect or takes forever to connect while the other app connect right away.Willy2mil
Works well
Video layout could be better. Programmers should use their own product. Needs to work better on iPad and tablets to use screen real estate. PTZ scan does not work but neither does the web app on the NVR so probably a problem with system.Allexx46
Camera
The system is not as good as I hoped it would be certain things in the program need to be changed and the systems tends to shut off every now and then and reboot itself for some reason sometimes you can’t connect to it be a your phone app it has problems it needs to be fixed76 hadlock
