Great camera system
One of the best out of box camera systems out there. Would recommend this system to anyone . My only issue is the app it needs to be able to refresh when you go back into it . So far I have had to quit the app to get the cameras back . Not a deal breaker but a slight annoyance.Super Mouse DV
Review
This remote system goes offline regularly. It’s an awful system! If there was an emergency, we would not know, because we couldn’t see it! It would be better if we could hear and talk to people in the parking lot and the building! I’m seriously thinking about getting rid of this system!

We really love this system. Fairly easy to set up. Great pictures. Your Time is set off from the Greenwich time. I wish the software was more straightforward for us nongeeks. Tech support will call you back. This system is an upgrade from our last one. It’s a good buy.Lovin it everyday
Need an app that would work on smart TVs , Roku or firestick
It would be great to have an app that would allow viewing this system on a smart TV’s. Or to have an app that can be installed on a Roku or a firestickMNS58
Cameras
These cameras are mostly clear, few have condensation, but it take longer than normal to open the pictures, and I wonder is it my internet or the camera system, because I have other system in a different business that open faster?AM Auto Mart
Functional and improving
You’re making good steps forward with the app. One thing: If I leave the app and come back, the camera feeds are disconnected. I have to force close the app and re-open it in order to tell the app to refresh its connection to the cameras. That’s annoying. I check my cameras multiple times a day because I’m often out of the office.Show lessbr88dy

These cameras have excellent images, very clear and function real great except for a time camera will go dark and I have not figured out the reason why, but they really are great cameras.Big Johnk
Works for a while then error
I’ve been using this app for quite a few years, lately it started giving a lot of problems. When I need to see my cameras I get blank screen, when I go to device management, I get error connecting.I have to remove device, set it up with the IP address. It works one or two times, then error again, then I delete the device, and set it up again with the barcode. And that goes over and over and over again every day. No I have to device is set up, one with IP address, the other one set up from the barcode. Sometimes one or the other kicks in. I understand that this is a very messy set up but this is the only way this thing worksShow lessVitals Web
