This is a fun game and I enjoy it, but when I get a loot card that’s 200 diamond. I can’t claim the diamond it just brings me to the diamond section where I can spend my diamond on the packs. My question is how do I claim the diamond from a diamond loot card? Thanks
While I did just download this app, I got the app because I play Fortnite and I wanted to see how I can get v-bucks. Most of the packs you get on the app are redeemed for free by getting gems and such. The pack I purchased was worth 2 tickets, which I did have to pay $2 for, but I was granted with 5,000 v-bucks upon opening the pack. I literally just got $50 worth of in-game currency for just $2. I am very pleased.
Honestly I thought it was gonna be a scam and you had to buy tickets for the pa ma but naw you can get diamonds from doing actual surveys which again I thought were fake but my diamonds came in but the downside to the diamonds is you have to wait a while for the larger amounts to show up but other than that the prices are good and yea that’s it.
This app is GREAT for earning in-game rewards, but when you don’t have enough coins for one LootBoy pack you have to wait a few days until you can get another pack. It’s kind of annoying but other than that it’s perfect!
I recently got LootBoy a few days ago. I purchased a few packs and reddened some codes. The problem is that there is not enough ways to get gems. I was downloading apps and completing the tasks but usually you can only do this one time for each app. So because of this I could not get any loot packs. So after this happened I went to surveys and got some gems from there. There are many problems with the surveys though. The surveys are on sketchy websites and sometimes don’t even give you the gems you were promised. Also some surveys take 20-30 minutes to complete and give you barely any gems. So in conclusion just add more ways to get gems. Solving this problem will keep downloaders engaged and less likely to delete the app. Thanks!
So I got this app yesterday and I quickly realized that you have to earn gems to get packs to get in game cosmetics. No complaints I think it is a great app. Well, no complaints on that. I have done 2-3 reviews and have still yet to get my gems. I don’t know if this is just me, but I would like an explanation please.
(Added) I forgot to mention on some of the surveys you can do I’ll answer like 9/10 questions then all of a sudden they are looking for someone else. What’s that about?

Hey, I'm sorry that you haven't received your diamonds yet. The quests are not provided by me, but by external providers. Unfortunately, I have limited influence on the selection of the offers and the allocation of the diamonds. If you don't receive them within 2 weeks, please report the missing diamonds in the respective offer wall.
In order to enter the surveys, you must first meet certain criteria. If it is determined that you do not belong to the target group, you will unfortunately not be able to complete them.LootBoy is good and all but the in let’s say the Minecraft on you are supposed to get one of the thing they say like minecoins or the pc thing but you get some card no one will use. The cost is fine with the coins but not with Diamonds you need 100 of them that will take for ever if you on iOS because you can’t do the things to get like 50 of them.
This app is trash. False codes, crappy “loot”, bad self promoted comics, and just overall the best looking piece of hot crap I’ve ever downloaded. Sent several emails for 2 fake loot cards that didn’t work and no responses. The creator of this app only cares about taking your money and then “apologizing” while telling you there are 1000s of full PC games that you can win even though you paid for a specific pack (PSN, Xbox, Vbucks). I’ve seen many reviews exemplifying this.
First of all, back then it was simple, you could actually complete the deals they give you by playing fun games and learning more about the game, then you would get some diamonds and have a chance to win really cool prizes. Then they screwed it up, you want to know how? SURVEYS. First of all completing it gives you absolutely nothing, second this app is for kids. They ask for your home address in the survey. If the developers ever see this, please bring back December 2018 Loot Boy. Where when I won lots of cool prizes (v buxs and actual money) without getting any wallpapers every single time. Please think of your actions developers, that’s why people are quitting

Please send a mail to support@lootboy.com and explain what's going on and which quest exactly you mean. My team will then forward it to the provider! 😊📧Y’all kids complaining about not gettin premium cards, I got a 10$ steam card on me first try. So, codes are a great way of getting diamonds for premium loot packs. But in IOS you get notifications of them, alright so you go try to redeem them. Oops where’s the redeem codes button? Not in the menu, not anywhere. Either I can’t find it or you haven’t added one to the app, yet added notifications for them, it’s like literal teasing.
