Was nervous about making a big purchase but it went flawless! Will be purchasing games from again in the future!
I like to think you can trust this but whenever I get enough diamonds to buy a PlayStation pack I get a PC Card or mobile device things, every single time and I would sell the cards but I can’t maybe they should add a exchange thing or something, but it isn’t fair that I spend my time and money only to get cards for a PC!! Please fix the problems especially since you can’t redeem codes on a mobile device and I don’t even get cards for PlayStation!!!!
I get the feeling a lot of the bad reviews are people annoyed at the charges, I must admit I still don't quite get some of them but I've worked it out and even with them I'm still making massive savings, so it's well worth it.
Ive been using this site for a while now so thought I'd leave them a review. Was rather surprised to see all the negative ones as they've always been great for me, only had a couple of minor issues and they were dealt with quickly by their support team.
When something went wrong, I contacted them and within 5 minutes, they got everything back up and running normally. Watching them do it live was satisfying to watch as well.
This app is put onto ios to use to get things for Xbox, ps4, pc and Nintendo but nothing for mobile. This really does not make sense to have the app available to mobile users if you give them nothing that can be used on mobile. I came here to hopefully make so v-bucks for my Fortnite account so as I scroll around find battle royal no ios or mobile option. I can only play game on my 3ds and phone so this created a block on how I was gonna get free mobile stuff. Other plat forms on the other hand tho do get there free stuff minus mobile unless you wish to buy a premium mobile pack which it give or take on wether you get anything for your mobile device to begin with. They need to add packs for mobile users cause it just makes it pointless so make it mobile if you don’t give any if the free benefits to mobile users and not make them buy a pack for 1.06 (including tax) to have the chance to hopefully make money for your mobile device. The developers really need to add some options to use mobile users so it actually becomes more useful for us.
If you play games exclusively on iOS or Mac as I do, this app leaves you pretty much outta luck, which seems strange since they made the app itself available for iOS.
There is one pack for 99 cents (or 100 diamonds) which promises the possibility of getting $10, $15, $20 or $50 in App Store credit, which would be great, except there’s no GUARANTEE you’ll get any App Store credit at all, ever, even though LootBoy generously lets you spend up to $9.90 an hour for up to 10 packs. If you don’t get App Store credit, you still get cards - almost always for PC games. Again, if you game in iOS or on a Mac, these are useless except for the fact that you can shred them for coins. But then again, since there are no iOS/Mac-compatible cards you can get for your coins, they’re useless after all. Which begs the question, “Why is this called an App Store Loot Pack if most of the time you don’t get ANYTHING useable in the App Store?” It also begs the question, “Why did you bother making an iOS version of this App?”
I’ve only had LootBoy for a short time, and haven’t bought enough of the App Store packs yet to know how frequently (if ever) App Store credit cards appear. When I do, I’ll update this review, and if it happens often enough, I’ll give the App a higher rating. But until then, I’ll ask again: Why did the developers bother to make an iOS App with so little iOS content?

We can't offer any platform-specific packs at the moment. This means that if you don't get one of the premium cards listed, you'll get one of 1,000 PC full versions. But we work daily on our system and will keep you up to date if anything changes :)LootBoy is, imo, one of the safest place to loot games from. All loots I've made so far (being their customer for more than 6 years) were without any problems. All pre-order keys were distributed on the release-day or a day before, according to the instructions when looting the game. All sales and codes worked amazingly and thanks to that I was always able to find games cheaper than elsewhere, while being sure that my loot is safe. I highly recommend looting from this app - it is STEAM approved and you can trust that your game loot will be absolutely fine.
Whenever I have to contact customer service they are always prompt in their response and always do their best to resolve any issues I might be having. A++
I’ve ordered several game from LootBoy, and have had only one issue but they were very quick to resolve the issue. I’ll be ordering many more games in future due to their great service and games!
