I tried for over an hour to get pictures to print in the store. None of the options on the kios would work. Vernon you extraordinary employee tried to help me and others several times but nothing would work. I finally down loaded the cvs app and selected photo. Over and over again it said try again. It didn’t work until I left the cvs and drove across the street to McDonalds. There is a serious problem with your email which seems to be causing all the problems. I think my photos are finally load to your store. Atleast I hope so.
I was very frustrated but Vernon was so patient and professional. He went above and beyond to help me. He helped me try every option and finally I was able to hit one that worked. Well it worked after I left CVS an went where there was a strong enough Wi-Fi. Pammy Jean

Customer service is basically nonexistent

I ordered one other time using this app with no problem and the pictures turned out exactly as I needed them to be. I needed to reorder the same set of pictures and the pictures were printed using landscape instead of portrait. Everything is cut off and the pictures are useless. I also sent almost 150 pictures to be printed so this was an expensive order. I reached out to customer service via email…that is the only way to do it. I did receive a response that someone was working on it but then nothing. I would either like the pictures printed correctly or my money refunded so I can use a different photo service.

Hard to work with

I had a tough time getting anything sorted, cropped, and uploaded properly on this app. Every time I tried to add a new photo to my order or if I closed the app, everything I had uploaded before got reset. Edits I made to photos such as sizing and cropping I had to repeat countless times to finally get the right ones I wanted. I was getting so fed up with the system not saving any progress that I almost gave up entirely. Unfortunately, I needed a bunch of prints for a time sensitive project, so I ended up spending around 2 hours trying to get ~50 pictures sorted for printing. Super hard to use, would not recommend. You’re better off using the CVS photos website on a laptop or computer.

Good app!

The app is easy to use, and the customer service is excellent. I’ve used it multiple times and am happy with the photo quality. I don’t understand why some comments complain about the quality. It’s definitely better than Kmart and Big W. Btw, I paid only $6.99 for postage.

Dissatisfied won’t use again

Ap is really easy to use, however the photos are poor quality took 10 business days to arrive and when they did they were in an envelope sealed with sticky tape loose and the envelope was damaged exposing the photos
Will have to reprint them all as really I happy with the quality

Does not print I. The uk despite being in title

Why waste my time advertising as a uk printer when you don’t print in the uk.

15 mins lost ordering a load of prints

No order confirmation

The UI is a bit clumsy but you can generally do everything you need - photo selection, simple edits, etc. My main frustration is that you don’t receive any kind of order confirmation (either in app or via email). So I thought something went wrong and the order didn’t go through since it just kicks you back to the main screen. I ended up placing the same order multiple times as a result.

Didn’t work for me

I installed the app because I needed it to complete a T-Mobile promotion. Free 4x6 Photo Magnet. Pickup at CVS. First, App would only work if I allowed it to access all my photos. It would not work in “selected photos only” mode. Second, I followed the T-Mobile instructions, which opened this photo App. The App acknowledged that I was eligible for the promotion, but it would not apply the coupon. The App wanted me to pay for the photo and magnet instead of providing it for free. Third, App doesn’t support facial recognition, Fourth, App has you login but has no logout feature. ?? This App needs lots of work.

cant track photos

Not able to login and track where my photos are? spent 30$ on photos but have no idea when they’re arriving or if it’s home delivery or at a warehouse

Excitingly disappointed

Over all the app is very user friendly. The only issue I ran into is cropping photo technique that has its own set parameters. I had a 4x6 selected picture. Which automatically centered itself when loading. However my attempt to use the cropping tool was to decrease the size of the actual photo which was a digital photo into the allowed space. Unfortunately, the app did not have the capacity for me to pinch decrease image. It automatically zoomed and keep setting the placement of photo which cut people out of the image if I went to print. Please could someone do .some updates to the current issue
