Can’t login

Can login the website no issues. Try to login on the app and get “can’t authenticate”. I’ve tried various ways, faceid, manual entry, reentering username. None work and all state the same error. What I’m wondering is if it has something to do with 2FA. Since it does not ask that on try.

You retire the mobile version of your site and then give me a login error message for the past 12 hours on the app. Get this right!

The app isn’t working on iPhones

App is broken, both of them?

So, I see FNBO recently stopped supporting their mobile site so customers would use the mobile apps, but I’ve always used the FNBO direct app, and the recent update just gives me a white splash screen with the logo, and then the app crashes. I tried the one they point you to on the website, and that has just a black screen…maybe you should still support your mobile site!!!

Lame 2FA

Update2: 2FA seems to be working now on website and app. Face ID seems to be working on app. However, verification every week is ridiculous. 2FA is common these days and you completely bungled implementing it. As a result, I’ve opened accounts with Ally Bank and I’m moving my business there.

Update1: Despite being told the 2FA verification lasts 1 week per code (which is WAY too short), this app and the website ask for it every time I login. That is annoying, their planned 1 week timeframe is annoying and this all really defeats having Face ID login in this app (which is also annoying). I’ve gone from being happy with FNBO Direct to looking at moving my accounts elsewhere because of this change. Don’t punish responsible people with these hurdles because of the irresponsible people. This isn’t rocket science and could have been implemented much better.

Original: Requires 2FA every login (no trust this device). If going to do it this way, need to make Microsoft or Google Authenticator an option.

No external transfer option

App does not allow for you to transfer funds to an external branch account.

Recent update

Recent updates are a step back. Hard to read and and doesn’t flow.

Complete garbage

I used to love the application until they updated and now I am unable to access my accounts through it. How about you fix your garbage application!
