It’s a total lie and deceptive ad
They will sign up you for 5 years and you get stuck
Do not subscribe this service at all
If you call then you have to pay $89 for a tech to come in
It never stay connected more than a week

Useless Camera/Doorbell System!
Stupid system logs you out constantly, so you never actually get doorbell/motion alerts on your phone. Also, doesn’t t allow two users at the same time, so my wife and I cannot get alerts in real time. I have also never been able to use the microphone system as I’m always disconnected. No good
Does not stay connected to WiFi even with 2.4 GHz WiFi moved practically next to the door. Ever other device on the same router works perfectly. Very disappointed I got this doorbell. The camera is decent but what good is it if the doorbell internal software/firmware, WiFi interface, and phone app are such bad quality? Plan to junk this garbage and go with Ring, which is what I should have done in the first place!Show lessDnEEbBall
Not great
This app along with the security app are not great! The camera seems to be offline daily. What’s the point of having a security cam/app that doesn’t work properly?aple!
Camera not working
I would rate it even lower. The entire system is horrible. My camera doesn’t work, says it’s off line. I follow the steps to reboot and that doesn’t work. My Wi-Fi is working just fine. I wouldn’t recommend Slomin’s to anyone.marvie47
Not secure
My account was hacked. Someone was able to access my account by figuring out my email address and password, which was a difficult password.TrishM1965
Horrible!
The only thing reliable about this app is that it is unreliable. Pretty consistent with the notices of movement - but don’t count on accessing the clips or live feed. I regret switching to Slomins entirely.NickmameIsAvailable
Very bad
Everyday at least two cameras go out. It is not the wifi signal since everything else on wifi works fine. The doorbell camera has to be physically reset once every other day. Very bad install is what I am guessing.Jwcxx
Bad communication
I, have a two star. Bcus of when someone rings the bell. They can’t hear you. Communication is not good.& it doesn’t have a full view of what’s going on in the front or the rear of the property.chocollatta
