Straight up theft
So I got 100 put on card and withdrawal 80 at a “free ATM”. Then I go to get remaining 20 and it charges me 1.75 fee for insufficient funds. First off, just tell me I don’t have the funds (which I did). Secondly, why is 20 dollars not 20 dollars? Apparently talking to one of their clowns you can only use it once for free. You get 80 put on it you have to take out 80. Stupidity and a total scam. Now I have an odd number in my card I can’t get out it seems. I don’t care if it’s 1.75, that is flat out theft and I was informed that this particular machine did not charge a fee (except for balance inquiry which is also theft). See, these people force you to use this card and they theft you forever. Just bring back the cash machine already and stop stealing small amounts of money from people who already don’t have any.Show lessFour Winns scam

They were already charging fees for every little thing and all of their fees have went up from $.25 and $.50 to $1.00 and a $2.50… you can’t put the card on Apple Pay which means you have to physically always have your card with you.. and they charge fees for every little thing just to check your balance when you call into customer service everything cost when you use this card…. And combine with grief folds now lowering their donation amounts and having a horrible card service. It’s not even worth it I’m going to start winding down my donation process this to avoid getting paid low fees and then getting charged every little thing just to use this card.Show lessShakeeyla
App will not let me register and make a account
I try to make a account and register, I put in all the info they ask for then hit the button to register and it says loading starts spinning and then nothing. I hit the button again still same problem. I removed the app and got it back and still the same problem. I tried using just wifi then my service nothing works it will not let me register to make a account. Fix this problem please.Show lessTrashappajsjdjrj
