  • Honestly cannot believe this is free.

    Firstly, this is hands down better than most if not all premium workout apps out there. All you do is input some initial numbers when you first open the app, and then it keeps track and also progresses all your lifts for you weekly. I’m currently doing the 6-Day Deadlift program, and I’ve been using it every day for the past 5 weeks. If 6 days per week is too much for you, there are also 4 and 5 day options as well. This is the first time in years I’ve been motivated enough to gym consistently, and this app has been essential through it all. Huge thanks to this amazing app developer. I encourage everyone to donate through the app, because it is genuinely well deserved and worth the money.

    One suggestion: If the app could somehow track the progression of other things, like accessories, body weight, etc, that would be unbelievable. Thanks again, and looking forward to your future updates and improvements!

  • Solid but need minor improvements

    I like it and continue to use it. Would like to see the app not fade to background during workout, and the ability to record rep success or failure for sets. But, so far so good.

    It would also be nice if it carried forward the assistance exercise information to the next workout.

    As always top work, any chance adding cap3 support

    Love how clear this app is, please add cap3 if you get the time, more and more people switching to cap3 but there aren’t any apps for it.
  • Great way to easily track and motivate yourself

    Been using the spreadsheet forever and now I can just whip out my phone and use it not only to track but can also keep my pump going with the built in rest timer.

    Very good app for tracking workouts, especially helpful to have the additional exercises included for your workouts if wanted.

    This app is awesome. Everything that other reviewers say on here is true.

    The only cons for me are that you can’t change the days of the week for the templates (say, to include Saturday and Sunday, and rest days on Monday and Tuesday). Also it doesn’t incorporate anything for timed workouts. For instance, planks, running, sprints, etc. I suppose I could put the rep number as the number of seconds or yards, but what if I want to hold a certain pace for running or swimming? These are super minor, but I’m hoping the developer makes these changes soon!

  • Just Incredible

    Always making great, intuitive, and easy changes when needed but the app itself was already well put together. Been running this app and program for about 3 months and this app makes it so much easier. Allows you to set and forget and tracks your progress as well.

  • This app made me grow hair on my chest

    I was doing PPLx6 days prior to hearing about nsuns. The workout looked brutal and complicated and I'm not the sharpest ball in the shed so naturally, I looked to see what apple-ications for the iPhone were online to assist me in this endeavor. Lo mein and behold, to my surprise, I found this app. The developer isn't greedy like the majority and keeps the app free. You can support him however and buy him a coffee because he has been staying up all night coding to help lowly plebs like me. Love you babe. Keep up that good work.
