  • It’s really useful

Didn’t know it existed until recently.
  • Great tracker

Best tracker for nsuns I’ve found. Has all the programmes available and can switch between them while maintaining the maxes.
  • Clean app, active developer

Love the app, really easy to use. Also great lifting program, loving the volume!

    Developer Response

Thanks for the feedback! You're correct, at the moment you have to just leave the set unticked. If it is a main lift your training max will not increase for this lift in the next cycle. In the future I will add a feature to also support failing sets so you can mark exactly how many reps you did for this set.
  • Great app

The only improvement that I would ask for is that the app doesn’t revert to the homepage sometimes upon standby of the iPhone

EDIT: the above bug has been fixed, awesome app with all the function with none of the bulk

    Developer Response

This has been bothering myself for quite some time, I was finally able to locate the problem and am quite confident that I can provide a fix in the next days. Thanks for reporting and the awesome review!
  • Easy and Helpful

Love it, very efficient at helping me track weight and the volume. Love the addition of accessories, but would love to be able to save accessory work so I wouldn’t have to input it each week. Otherwise it’s a lifesaver for this program.
  • If you’re running nSuns, use this.

Love the simplicity and way easier than wrangling a spreadsheet on your phone. Great app, thank you for the work put into it!

    Some suggestions:
    1. Would be really nice to be able to change T2 lifts (and % TM accordingly). Ex. I do deficit deadlifts and pause bench for my own weak points instead of sumo and CGBP.
    2. Accessories carrying over to next cycle
    3. Updating TM should not update previous days. I get it should be constant for a cycle, but it doesn’t even alert you that you’re affecting a previous day if you change the current TM. Along with this. Ability to make changes to the reps/sets. Ex if I don’t hit 7 reps I want to write that, or if I decide to go down 5lbs for a set mid workout.
    4. Notes. Notes are just great for any app really.

  • Amazing app

Works brilliantly and completely free! Massive thanks to the person who designed it.
  • Great job

Thanks for making this app. Makes the workouts a lot easier. Props.

To add after a few weeks of use, maybe include a customizable accessory option. For instance, I like doing weighted sit ups and Russian twists for abs. I'd like to be able to type in my accessory exercises in order to track my progress as I don't always like or use the ab accessory exercises that I can choose from.
