This incredible program is the perfect complement to my yoga and fitness training program. As an exercise physiologist and physical therapist I have spent years developing my own self-care program. Adding MELT to all that I do is a game changer. It will enable me to continue the activities I love well into my older years. There is no doubt that using this program enhances everything from daily activities to competition! Having the entire program on demand as well worth the annual cost. I highly recommend it to my patients and friends!

Yay! The new app now has a search bar. I use this app everyday it makes Melting so quick and easy, even on the go!
Getting Much Benefit after Pickleball games
I love using MELT sequences for pre and post pickleball games. My consistent MELT practice keeps my body’s joints and fascia hydrated and happy. My favorites: rebalance sequence, rib curl, lower body compressions and lengthening (to name a few). Hand and Foot treatments are so fast and easy - a daily go to for me.

The new app has been fixed and now has the search bar. Thank you! The app is easy to find specific treatments so I can quickly MELT my upper back, legs, feet or whatever I need each day. Love it!

Love having classes whenever I need one
MELT is great. Now, the search bar is there and it’s great to find the class that I need easily and be able to MELT whenever I need it. ❤️
Bad new app
This is so much worse than the last one. There is no way of filing my favorite sessions. Hard to forward or rewind… can’t really find my old favorites without looking through many items… bring back the old one. I don’t care to share my camera or microphone.
Would rate the app lower if I could.
Ridiculous login hurdles were annoying enough, and now I go through all, those just to see a blank screen—no videos load. Don’t bother with the app, just login to the website instead. That, too, has a clunky layout that can make it hard to find and track the videos and sequences you want, bout at least most of it works. The method is great, but apparently the creator of it doesn’t care enough about the users of it to invest in fixing long-existing problems.

New app requires another app to destress the stress of using this ‘updated’ app.
Other reviewers mentioned the redundant login steps, weird leaderboard activity, and mic/video access. I also am experiencing extremely poor sound quality and limited volume even with all options at max volume. I also can’t get the app to load since the update on my Roku tv, my primary access point.
I’m giving this one month for an update because I love MELT. If the app and access to melt doesn’t improve, I will be canceling my subscription and wait for an improved app. What a bummer!

New version needs improvement
I agree with everything redheadgirl12 said. Why do I have to log in twice?! Every time! Why isn’t it set to remember me? Like all my other apps. I had a nice routine going before and then wham, new version and all my favs gone. Now I have to search for them. Feeling like I might cancel my subscription and wait til it gets better.
