App not working

We changed to surest 2023, I downloaded the app put my info in and it keeps redirecting me to create account. Frustrating since the app works in my hubby’s phone and we both have same phone.

Confidence shaken in the Surest plan.

The app looks appealing and would provide a great UX if it had accurate information. All but two GPs listed in my area don’t have a phone number and a quick google search shows they don’t exist. Some even have a PO Box as their physical address. The default provider when I search has a phone number, is real, lowest premium listed, quality care heart and everything, but isn’t taking new patients and hasn’t in years. By the time I finally do get to a GP that’s real and willing to see me, after a frustrating amount of searching, it’s 3x the price.

App doesn’t work for me

The app is not working for me, when I try to give my credentials, it says “Oops..something went wrong’ and when I try to click anything it says “Something went wrong”.

Even on mobile browser, it keeps throwing some SSL error.
Would highly appreciate if this can be followed up.

If what you're seeing still isn't resolved, please contact Member Services 1-866-683-6440. We want to help you get access to the Surest app to navigate care and coverage going forward.

App doesn’t work

The app no longer works for me. Goes to a blank screen. I used to use it all the time before the bins to surest switch over. I have tried multiple times in the past few months and it will never let me login and access anything

I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, restarting, etc. but the app still does not allow me to log in.

App is no good

Have a Surest UHC plan through my employer, for the past 2 months I have been trying to register on the app only to say “sorry, registration unavailable” for 2 months this has not been fixed

App doesn’t work

First I could not create an account on the app so I did so online. Then when trying to log in to use the app, it accepts credentials and goes to blank purple screen with legal link and create account link. No way into account with the app.

Useless

I have to update my app but my app won’t let me update. It just spins so I am unable to use the app.

Unable to actually find doctor

The app generates a long list of available providers for the specialty I need. No numbers listed, no way to contact them. Tried to look them up online, no results for any of them. Called the helpline and they searched the internet along with me to find their contact info…. The helpline provided me with a short list that they found a contact for using some kind of internal directory they had access to. Not taking new patients… how am I supposed to find a provider?

Reading through other reviews on here many of the 5 star reviews really read like bot posts. That’s very concerning.
