Terrible app. Only works if you live in California. Let’s you go through the entire process and visit before they say wait what you don’t live in California? We don’t have a license out of state and can’t help you. Try warning people before they download the app or schedule a visit.
Great app and service
This is by far the easiest and effect for an appointment of any kind. The medical staff were professional, friendly, and very competent. Highly recommended!
Very Convenient
The app made seeing a Dr super easy. I was able to get an Appt for the very next morning first thing, and I didn’t have to spend a lot of time trying to figure out how it worked.
Easiest Doc Appointment ever!
I just experienced the easiest doctors appointment of my life. I needed a referral and instead of having to go into the doctor I just logged in and did a quick visit and bam! Done and done.
Serious voiceover Accessibility Issues
To say that I am disappointed in the level of inaccessibility I found in this app would be an understatement. From the signup screen alone it was clear that blind users were not considered.
Before text is entered into the fields voiceover reads the labels, but as soon as text is entered voiceover does not read it or the accompanying label. The gender selection options, the button to agree to the terms of service and the button to register are not clickable.
There are other problems once an account has been created, and I haven’t even attempted the video appointment yet. This isn’t a silly game, this is a telehealth app in the middle of a pandemic. These access issues need to be fixed.

Sometimes glitchy
The app is easy to use and has a good interface. However sometimes it just hangs up when I open it.
App made it easy!
It was easy to set up and make an appt. When the doctor was ready, I got a text and when I went to the app, it went straight into my meeting with my doctor. Video and sound were clear with no issues. Excellent app!
Informative and Helpful
I did a video consult with Chelsea Ellingson, PA regarding COVID-19 testing for me to be able to safely visit with a family member going through cancer treatment. She was very considerate, professional, and thoughtful in helping me figure out the best route to go. I really appreciate speaking with her and have a better understanding of what needs to be done.

No notification to check in 10 min early
There are no text notifications for checking in 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appt. the text message instructs you to wait for them to reach out and send another text notifying you that your appointment is ready to start. This caused me to miss my first scheduled appt.
