Great product
I bought the 3 pin plug/socket to try out and I’m really impressed. Literally within 10 minutes from opening the box I had my outdoor lights and a water feature both connected and working on the App on my phone.
Brilliant can switch on off set times etc. so easy to use and set up I used the scan to get the app but it looks easy enough to find either way and takes just minutes to register and connect your items.
I’m looking at other switches now for inside the house and looking at linking it up to Alexa. Would definitely recommend.Show lessAcko,s

Harassment to verify my email again
The app is constantly harassing me to verify my email again, for absolutely no reason. Every single time I open the app, there is a spammy pop up about verifying my email, which I have already verified.
This app HAS TO BE BANNED FROM THE STORE.
Also in the latest version, the body weight is no longer appearing in one of the tiles, which means you’re no longer able to see the label unless you tap to open a menu! Absolutely terrible from the developers. They deliberatey created a problem. There must be a tile for the body weight which will show the label under the number!!! Missing Celsius temperature setting!
Bought the levoit 42” smart fan but the temperature is in Fahrenheit on this app, which we don’t use in Canada thus making this app impossible to use for what I bought it for - smart scheduling of proper temperature in a room. This should not be a hard fix. Please add the option to switch temperatures to Celsius ASAP.Show lessSc_2014
So far so good
My husband really likes this device, seems to make a difference to the air. It has a soft low frequency sound I guess a bit like white or green noise. He can’t tolerate high frequencies like those insect and rodents repellents.
On the other hand I can’t hear those at all being profoundly deaf, but with aids I find this frequency a little overwhelming after a while so need to take a break from it every so often.

A huge problem initially connecting to WiFi, using the automatic connection seems to be the best way. Otherwise hit or miss as a “smart device”
Fan runs quiet on low, and almost similar to almost any other fan however the HEPA dual layer and charcoal active filter is perfect with cool, clean and more importantly lighter feeling air.
For the connection issues I dropped a single star although with my more than simple knowledge connecting WiFi saved this review form a 3*Show lessNik117D

Easy to use
Very convenient at the outset. The app works seamlessly. I’m hoping that it’ll keep my Air clean but it is too early to tell. Certainly a very nice machine and very quiet. I think the energy efficiency is excellent as I can check it with my solar app.Sudgin
