  • Excellent Machine

I needed a warm air Humidifier as I’ve just had a Laryngectomy, this is the third one I’ve bought after making mistakes buying useless machines, but after researching properly online, this is without doubt an Excellent piece of kit with a massive 4.5 litre water tank and a great Bluetooth phone app with connection to the router. It’s real performance is the mist jets, it really does the job and has 9 settings and three for heat, it has improved my lung condition a lot. Buying a second for the bedroom.

  • Amazing Wow

First of all this scale is amazing. I was skeptical at first but it went over my expectations. I tried to check my fat%, protein mass at the gym where there was a machine you stand on but it gave me a 30% body fat percentage. I had to pay for it too and it really upset me. I started working out recently more seriously and decided to get this scale. No shoes, no socks on, no clothes and it got my weight, body fat and body muscle bang on. The values it gave me make more sense and seem more realistic. It even calculates BMR and how many calories to eat depending on the body fat and body muscle. You can adjust goals and set an ideal body fat and body muscle. I love it honestly. Yes there is a margin of error but it’s the same error each time and it’s relevant. So even if it give you 25% body fat and you set your goal to 20% yet you are already 20% it will still give you an idea of whether you are losing body fat or gaining muscle. When I don’t exercise my maintenance calories are around 1500 and it got that. That’s all I needed. Perfect!

  • Excellent air filter provides useful results

We’re using the air filter in different rooms to measure and filter minute particles. It is especially useful when we light our wood burning stove and has given us an indication how we can improve grilling and frying food so as to avoid producing excessive micro particles.

The app is also very helpful and records air quality trend even when the filter is powered up but without the filter fan running.

An improvement might be to have the fan start automatically if particle count increases when the filter is powered up but not switched on. Good to have this option.

  • Takes several tries

It usually takes several tries before the scale transmits my updated body composition information to the app. On the scale, off, wait, back on, wait, off again, wait, back on… for like 10 minutes. Other than that, does ok. Edit because of answer: that’s what I’ve been doin the whole time. I go into the app, I select the scale, I reconnect the scale, THEN I step on the scale. It still takes several tries.

Edit: the producer is repeatedly telling me to do exactly what I’ve been doing the whole time. That’s literally what I’ve been doing. Y’all just didn’t make your scale durable enough to last ten years so you wanna act like I’m the one doing it wrong even though I’m doing it right. Cause you don’t want to admit your scale is not built to last. This problem didn’t start until after I had the scale for a few years. My review stands as it is. I’m not doing anything wrong, you are telling me to do exactly what I’ve been doing for several years, now. After several years, I think I know how to connect my scale… honestly it’s kind of insulting that y’all think I’m that dumb.

Data needs to be transmitted via Bluetooth, so you need to open the device and the app at the same time to establish a connection.
  • Widget broken for a 4rd time after latest update

UPDATE: Latest update broke widget yet again. One update fixes the widget only for the following update to break it. I can’t stress enough how the devs need to take a step back and reevaluate what they are doing with their software.
2ND RESPONSE TO DEVS: Negative screen? What in the world are you talking about? You’re just trolling someone who left an honest review. RESPONSE TO REPLY FROM DEVS: You would know what issue I was referring to if my original review wasn’t deleted. I have already submitted through the app back when the issue first occurred. Which it was then resolved only for the widget to be broken again. Then fixed again, then broken again..and as of this update from 1 day ago seems to be fixed once more. I stand by my suggestion that the devs need to take a step back and review what it is they are doing that is causing this reoccurring issue. REVIEW: Whatever the devs are doing is causing the widget to break after updates and then the widget will start working again after other updates. I think the devs need to take a step back and figure out what it is they are doing that is causing this on again off again issue. Also, deleting my previous review regarding this issue is an automatic 1 star.

  • Easy to set and use

Using the app lets me leave the kitchen to do other tasks. Recipes looking interesting and are easily accessed.

The App has two widgets related to device. Due to the iOS system, device control widget can only be added on the leftmost screen. Slide to the leftmost screen, click Edit at the bottom, then click Customize at the bottom, and select Vesync Add Vesync widget. Another device widget that only view device information can be added on any home screen. Press and hold the screen, click the plus sign in the upper left corner, then select Vesync App, and then slide to the last widget. This widget can only view devices. But it is not possible to control the device directly in the widget Apple is introducing interactive widgets with the iOS 17 update. This update will allow you to activate smart functions directly from the widget, such turning on/off a smart device, all without opening the app itself. Our team is working on optimizing this feature, plz stay tuned.
  • Just what I wanted

Works really well. I can now control our Christmas lights plugged in in the garage from my lounge sofa either from the app or via google home. Loads of settings from manual on/off to scheduled times etc. Just hope the plug lasts because it was an excellent price.
