What’s the purpose?: Doesn’t accept Payments
Biggest reason i downloaded the app was for ease of payments so my payments are made at my convenience with calling or going online however app doesn’t allow/accept debit or credit card payments although there is an option...whenever you select debit card options it keeps going to a blank screen. Useless if you can’t make payments through app

Needs Work
This app worked really well for me when I first downloaded it and used it. Chat support was very convenient despite the 6-7min wait times for each response. Recently, however, the app does not recognize my login information. This is very concerning considering the online website stated they will be discontinuing online access as of some day in April 2018. If I’m unable to access my account, I won’t be able to make my payments. Luckily, my balance will finally be paid in full this upcoming paycheck (after nearly a year paying large sums of interest 🙄) and I won’t need to worry about the inability to make my payments, but this is going to make things very difficult for others who still continue to pay each month and will no longer be able to! Ultimately, this needs to be resolved before online access is discontinued. These issues need to be resolved, period. Good luck to all fellow account holders with Fortiva! May this be resolved soon.

Persistent new card member
The first time i tried logging in i had some trouble, but i was a bit persistent and i finally was able to log in. I also thought that the follow up call i got the next day was very professional and nice of them to do to make sure everything was ok.
