UPDATE - STILL USELESS!
Equifax... A company that is entrusted to protect our credit information. A company many other large companies choose to work with to provide consumer reporting credit information to them. A company that has its head jammed up its hind end. The app doesn’t work morons. Maybe if you updated it more than once a year it might. If I had my way about it Equifax would be sued out of business and destroyed. It’s a useless company run by morons with zero brains just like Facebook.

Can not login
I am fed up with Equifax’s Lock feature. I have setup my account and twice received approval of my password. I’ve tried logging from my iPhone both online directly to the Lock website and via this app and neither place can I even login. Online directly it just sits there with no message, no spinning no display — nothing. Using this app I get a login error 112 telling me to call customer service. Seriously people? Geez no wonder you had a data breach. Seems like everyone can get to my Equifax data except me!

Losing faith in Equifax
I have been a long time customer of Equifax and I have to say after the security breach and now a change in their app that does seem to work with existing accounts I am losing faith. Are you guys intentionally trying to lose customers? Come on guys if you close an app and roll out a new one at least preserve the log in credentials. I am afraid to fill out the data you have requested because I don’t trust that the info is secure. Please get your act together soon or I am going to life lock.
