    Really an awesome app and an awesome service. You get what’s promised. It’s just a great app and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone who wants a solid diet and workout plan and tracker and resource based on solid research. It’s the whole package.
  • Amazing App; Better Customer Service!

    Just get the app to see what it actually contains, and trust me, you will feel the same. It has your meal plan, workout plan, groceries so you can successfully complete your meal plan depending upon your budget and type of diet.

    Customer service is better than this app, I was in contact with them and they were kind, patient and apologetic, even though they weren’t at fault. Made me feel good!
  • Good health app

    I was hesitant to sign up for the pro version but I’ve actually been losing weight since I started using the meal plan feature so I think its worth it. Calorie counting never really worked for me because it can be so tedious but I think this is a good middle ground because I can still track the few things I eat off plan but everything else is basically planned out and done for me.

    My boyfriend told me to get this app. I was initially skeptical because it seems pretty masculine but it has a bunch of routines for women and it really helped me feel less intimidated in the gym because it tells you exactly what to do.
  • Detailed App to plan fitness, diet, and budget

    I haven’t tried a lot of these fitness apps, but find this one very cool as it combines exercises, diet, and meal budget. I’m on a tight budget at the moment and it’s great to have meal suggestions that fit my goals and reminders through the phone and tracking. It is very detailed and allows the user to deeply customize it or just use for simple fitness goals. I recommend.
  • Just what I needed

    Meal plans are simple, and tasty and plenty to choose from depending on your lifestyle (keto,vegan, vegetarian, paleo, pescetarian, etc). It even makes a grocery list for you based on meals for the week. The home workouts are really simple and their are exercises for every level (even a total beginner like me)
